Hey bro, Im only 3-weeks in. I like to give products a full 2-months to shine, but will give you my experience. I work out 5 days a week, and maintain a slightly above maintenance diet (95% clean). To my surprise, I have not gained mass like I thought I would. However, three things have stood out...
1- I have become more vascular.
2 - I have cut some fat, maybe dropped 1lb of weight. My strength has stayed about the same, I may have gotten a single rep or two more on the bench.
3 - XT and 2.0 seem better for leaning/recomp, and not for bulking (at least in my experience so far).
I have taken epicat products prior (anafuse), and noticed the 3rd week on is where it really began to shine. I am hoping to pack on a couple lean lbs over the next month or so.
