basically ran epi- for like a year love it cardio gains all day no side effects
For sure give Follidrone 2.0 a run.
Epicatechin plus 3 absorption enhancement ingredients. Super solid absorption package.
Plus ecklonia cava which is one of if not the strongest natty anabolic available today.
Plus Flos cathami - a natty myostatin inhibitor
Plus Quercetin/niacin co crystals.. which increases vo2max, vasodilation etc
This stuff is wicked. Epicatechin is great but this is a whole new level. Its epi+ absorption + 3 other actives that by themselves are super solid.

I've been following the logs to see what kind of real life results other members are getting.

I run epiplex nonstop... here's a sweet B2G1 deal if you're interested![]()
This would be awesome!I have free bod pod access at the university's sport medicine where i live so if i decide to run it I can get pretty accurate muscle/fat readings. Right now though it's just not in the budget.
This would be awesome!
It would be great to have before and after pod scans
Some of the ecklonia cava studies regarding fat loss and muscle growth used CAT scans and the like to validate results.
Alot of them quoted in here-

Hey guys I'm looking to build some muscle more naturally . I've done a cycle of Lgd, Ostarine . Never a prohormone yet . But trying to find something to add to put some size one without getting all hormonal . What's everyone's thoughts or recomendations? Thx in advance
il log 8 weeks on follidrone 2
There are no "herbs or granules" that are going to give you what you're looking for. I don't care what anyone on here says, it's a pile of BS.
If you want to build muscle it will come from diet and training. The natural muscle builders might make a difference but it's rarely worth the cost. Use that money and buy better cuts of meat.

This. Besides, is meat that costs $20/lb really going to build muscle better than meat that costs $10/lb? The argument of "just buy more food with your supplement money" isn't always solid either, as there's a limit of how much one should eat (as not to gain too much fat) and how much one is willing to stuff their face with daily. Supplements can't replace solid training and diet, but they can certainly provide some nice additional benefits. Not true, your entitled to your opinion which is fine but there are countless logs or experiences from users that have taken some of these "herbs or granules" and have made changes that would not be possible through utilizing quality food alone. There is only so much the body can do without some "aid" Most of the natural ingredients are not going to make people explode with tissue accumulation like some may think, they shine in a recomping state allowing the body to be in a more anabolic state repartitioning nutrients so you can hold onto the muscle you have built while you cut fat off.

With all due respect, how do you know that for sure? What's to say a proper progressive overload program and healthy diet wouldn't have elicited the same results? I'm not anti-supplement or anything, but there's no real certainty either way.
