Thanks man, this is on a time limit too lol when I have all day I don't stop I've done several 4-6 hour chest, arm and leg workouts and at one point I was hitting full body every other day my workouts where close to 6 hours every workout

Dude, thats music to my ears, srs. In the past when Ive been purposefully pursuing overreach conditions Ive had to do similiarly epic-lengthed training bouts.
At the moment Im doing fullbody twice /d; as you might imagine, session volume isnt huge but add those 14 sessions up and you end up with decent weekly volume. Ive found through much trial and error that my body responds best to very high frequency.

I dont think it would necessarily be too long per se...at the 12week conclusion you can be pretty much guaranteed shutdown, tho
4wks would be a minimum Id say for oral TR3ST; some guys experience it kicking very quickly...others, up to 10-14 days. So you may only have that famous prewo kick for 2 wks.
Youd also need to be prepared for possible estro difficulties. Like, in a league different to the andros.
This is your first cycle? Id think carefully about TR3ST before jumping in.

Tbh Im kinda conflicted...as a rep, officially, I would err on the side of caution and say may be best to wait.
Buuut if I take my rep hat off, Im thinking damn, buy the TR3ST, have your ancilliaries on hand, and see how you feel at 6 or 7wks. If you feel good...go for it.
but still might be better off waiting to see what tr3st can do until next cycle so I can be sure to use it for the right amount of time and get as much benefits as possible

This is my first run too so even thou I've done my research I don't want to give you any wrong information. But definitely do tons of research and have a plan, and everything ready and on hand as well. Also make sure everything is on point first and you'll get the best out of it! Yeah, PCT is perfect for it. If it were an either/or I would lean slightly more toward TR1UMPH, due to all the ergogens in it...mainly the phosphatidic acid, which tends to keep that on-cycle muscle fullness (amongst other things).

The soy-l content of TR1UMPH will likely help get your lipids back in good range, the andros may have impacted them. Also, SERMs can have a negative impact on lipids.
Perfect world, you run TR1UMPH at least through PCT. If you really have your heart set on EP1C, get that and some Fearn soyl granules in lieu of the TR1UMPH; youll miss out on the other goodies, but youll be proactively improving lipid ratios.

We are 5 pages in on a PH log, I assumed proper PCT (SERM) had already been addressed and established.
And no, of course Im not claiming an epicatechin product to be sufficient for PCT, I dont believe I stated that.
