oh ok, there we go, we have at least have the floor attachment to put a bar into. but that, yea that is nice right there
 
Yeah (I go to three different gyms lol) but one of them I use a corner , the other one I use the machine or have someone step on the back and then the other gym has the floor attachment but my favorite so far has been using the corner like in the picture free weights > strength machines any day. Although it looks pretty cool to put 8-10 plates on the machine never fails to have someone come up to me and ask me how I do it or how much weight that is hah nice ego boost every time
 
Today's workout was kind of the complete opposite of what I wanted, I had to rush a leg workout into 45 minutes and felt tired and couldn't get in the zone during squats for some reason and then when I did get my head in the game during leg presses my knees started killing me felt very dry, will be adding joint support again. Felt off but still got it done and feel it already. Those rushed workouts are the more intense ones anyways.

Leg curls 15x3 rest pause last set about 45 seconds between sets pump was great, will definitely be adding another/better leg day this week. Weight this morning was 202 after emptying the tank so still rising at w great pace definitely happy , got exactly 3 weeks left from today going to try to get the most of it

So a month in and in the morning weight was 202 so officially up 15 lbs from 187 the day before I started, measurements are as follows
Shoulders 52.75 (51 beginning)
Chest 44.5 (53 beginning)
Arms 16.99999999 (16.1 beginning)
Waist 34.5 still fluctuating same numbers 32.5-35 but has not gone up
I know most people say 6 weeks minimum on this run but I've seen constant and steady results which has been the best part and if someone was "scared" or too cheap to go past 1 month id definitely say run the month then if it keeps going like this I'll end up at around 211 in theory , which would be awesome and inches all over, can't beat that
 
Went to the gym today to hit shoulders and from the beginning was pissed off at everyone in there I went at 4 pm and it was full of dumbasses then to top it off some idiot wants to come up to me and tell me I'm being too loud with upright rows ! I said to her that in order for me to stop being loud she had to go to everyone else that was leaving their weights unracked and say something to them first along with the group of idiots deadlifting 135 grunting and screaming and literally slamming the weight on the ground to the point it would bounce each rep and when they stopped I'd start being quieter and then she tells me not to make it personal there's just people from "regional" in I said good let me talk to them about how they should retrain their workers and she said well he's busy , then I pointed out she should be re racking all the weights rather then talking to me and her idiot client , who has been paying them to train her for lord knows how long and hasn't even made a dent in her physique, wants to tell me maybe I should rack the weights , wtf man these people pissed me off it ended with me just telling them to get the hell away from my face and let me workout in peace, dumb b1tch pissed me off there was no way anyone could say I was being louder then the next guy I was doing upright rows with 135 for crying out loud . But then i became somewhat of an ahole myself and started slamming the 315 down for 4 sets of shrugging no one came near me , I swear if this gym wasn't so close to my house id probably piss on the front door handles and never go near it again they are retarted . But gotta admit the rage did make great fuel for a savage shoulder workout pump was disgusting

Haha bro you don't even know how bad it is honestly it's a Youfit and I would never go there if it wasn't less then a football field away from my house lol , I don't even tell people I go there I mention the other two gyms I go to when they ask lol , but the most messed up part was the whole reason she was even able to complain to me was because I saw them staring at me and I asked "do you guys need the rack I'll move somewhere else" so I was trying to be nice and they wanna come at me with that bs lol man I had an intense ass workout not t mention the amount of old Eminem songs that kept playing through my beats even though it was on shuffle it was like my phone knew haha

Hit my usual bicep finisher (1.5 minute superset bar curls/Db curls switching after failure between the two) and noticed it's been harder the last two times due to the pumps I'm getting, definitely harder once I get past the 30 second mark I have to keep switching after3-5 reps of each and that's with 40lb bar and 20 lb dbs today after the first switch of 10 reps each I couldn't do more then 5 before having to switch again. Not necessarily a bad thing but definitely feel it
 
Leg day , I walked up to the squat rack looked it right in the bar and said "I told you I'll be back" lol seriously after Monday's crappy leg day I made sure to go to sleep early last night and make sure I was gtg this morning , except my dog stole a whole bag of bread and woke me up twice at 2 am and 330 to go out lol but still went in to the gym motivated.

Scales not moving since Sunday and calories have been up , every day this week I've had my "perfect" diet as in I haven't switched out anything from the meal plan. I won't move calories up yet as I feel I'm right at the line between "just right for bulk" and "too much ... You're fat" so I'll see how the rest of the week goes , maybe I'll throw in a huge steak for dinner or a large cheat meal to get it moving again ;) after all I do have to go celebrate with my girl the promotion I just officially got at work
 
Also two quick side notes , the acne has been bad like a teenage pizza face bad , and so has the aggression , snapped on my girl last night over some dumb stuff ,felt like a giant ass, and I've been trying my hardest to keep cool with everyone specially her but stupid stuff is getting me annoyed very easily (usually does but now even easier) but I think this has a lot to do with how you are off cycle and I have a short temper normally it's just slightly worse now

I always hit a lag in every cycle where the gains slow down. That's likely because of increased cortisol levels and suppression. It can't be helped. Keep on keeping on will solidify the gains you have made this far. Also, you're carrying around more muscle and are lifting heavier so you may need to increase calorie a bit more. Don't worry, there are still gains to be made. The initial 5-10 lb gain comes the easiest and fastest almost without extra effort. Really push your training and the food and rest these last couple weeks. Just my .02.

Yeah thanks bro, just sucks lol training and diet have been on point I might bump up pro and carbs 25g each but i don't want to go too far specially cuz I don't want it to be that hard to continue during pct but I'll just keep it going bro
 
Woke up feeling good today really well rested, drove over to the gym closest to my house and while scanning in decided to go to the better gym that's farther away, good choice as I ended up having a great workout. I won't lie thou it was fueled by 1 full scoop ESP 1 scoop Primeval labs erupt and 1 scoop of some pump booster my friend gave me a sample of no clue what the name is. Weight felt light today it was great got 2 PRs put up 265 for 9 easy reps on flat bench and the 130 lb Dbs for 3 after failing the first time , pump was amazing everything about today's workout felt great and the 335 for 1 felt easy as hell

Lol thanks bro felt pretty beastly when I got them, I failed the first time mostly cuz I couldn't position them right on my leg before laying back and my training partner thought I was about to drop them when I put them up so he grabbed one side and kinda messed everything up so I just put them down shook it off and went for it again lol, I made a joke before I hit them that I was gunna dust them off but when I got up after hitting it for the 3 it seemed I really did dust them off cuz there was a ton of dirt all over my shirt haha next week I'm going for 5 on them just gotta get my head better when positioning them at the beginning

That's what I was saying lol I wanted 5 I'm sure I'll get it if I not go for a 1 rep first next time , it's this gym I go to that's far from my house but it has a real gym feel you walk in and you're ready to hit some PRs lol not no fitness center bull**** , thanks bro next week I'm going for the 5 I'll try to film it !
 
Woke up feeling kinda ****ty this morning , forced myself to the gym and had a decent shoulder/trap session , but honestly not sure what's going on , feel great inside the gym and everything but outside of the gym I've been feeling kinda down , could possibly be from suppression or not seeing the scale move but even when I look in the mirror I feel like I reversed and look the same as I started , I don't think that's true but it's just what I see in the mirror, it feels like I came off the cycle all ready yet I haven't missed a dose and my diet has been on point 110% , just feeling like crap all around, thinking of upping the dose to 440 on 1/4 and 750 on the epi for two reasons , help finish quicker and maybe see if the progress starts coming again. I would add in the dermacrine but I only have about a week and a half left so don't think that's the best idea , any suggestions would be appreciated
 
Also to add in , I started taking some test fuel from twin labs that I had in my cabinet this week to help even out libido as it was going close to the ground and it has definitely helped in the bedroom , I don't think that's what could be affecting me negatively as what's written above cuz I've kind of been feeling like that the last week to two weeks and I just added it last Tuesday
 
Nothing much to report yesterday hit some arms today hit legs , been feeling kind of lethargic , unmotivated and beyond tired on the mornings , got out of work early today so my leg workout was in the afternoon and felt great , complete opposite from yesterday's arm workout yesterday was more "just get through it" today was more "I can't stop" actually had someone come up to me and ask what kind of pwo I use because I looked like I was "in my zone killing it" started deadlifting again for real today and was able to get up 365 and 315 for about 3 sets of 5 and 1 of 3 felt real good , had to force myself out the gym, wish I could train at that time every day . Looks like the scales not going to move anymore unfortunately even though I upped my calories by 200 25g protein 25g carbs I might go a little higher but well se

I love that I upped the epi to 1000mg a day. I think it's probably the reason I haven't gotten any lethargy on this cycle.

That's probably what I'll do them up everything to 4 pills so 440 1/4 and 1000 epi which would shorten my cycle to about 9 more days the only concern is I stopped getting results at the 1 month mark which is also when I added the epi in so kind of conflicted lol
 
Officially decided to up my dose today will be doing 4 pills of each which cuts my cycle down to one week left but I'm cool with it, still no weight gain but great freaking workout today , back and bis had to rush the bis but it was worth it, the reason was I threw in the rack pulls and pullover superset and man do I love that superset feels beastly also when doing low cable rows had to add in a 25lb plate to the rack for 3 sets of 8 and then ended up throwing 10 lbs on top of that for the last set for a total of 290 lbs for 6

Rested today nothing new , still no weight gain still stuffing my face with food every 3 hours calories have been at around 3,800 most of this week which is still higher then when I started yet no gain in weight , hopefully the change to 440 and 1000 gets the scale moving again , wouldn't mind an additional 2-3 lbs to end at 205 , pct is in place just to repeat what's already been stated

Also will add in Ep1c unleashed and Tr1umph along with some laxogen from Primeval I would rather go with OL but funds just aren't there , will not be taking the aromasin still have it here but don't see it necessary . Overall enjoyed the cycle so far but kind of upset I haven't made any results since the end of week 4/beginning of week 5 still would do the cycle again any day probably will but looking to try something stronger next cycle . Gained 13 lbs so far got to 15 but it's been steadier at 13 , that's great for me , sides haven't been bad on cycle just acne (which I'm prone to) slight water/fat gain which I'm fine with, libido has been a roller coaster only ****ty thing but been good to go when I've had to and seems to have gotten better since adding the test fuel from twin labs (will switch for Alphamax as soon as pct starts) strength has gone up but not too accelerated compared to normal.

Starting to wonder if my body just dosnt go over 200 lbs lol it just caps off there I've been at 220 but high calorie diet and 2 mass gainers daily which got me real fat so idk I guess I'll find out when I run something stronger lol I give up if I run some real gear and still don't go above 200 haha
