Leg day!
Woke up, emptied the tank , weighed in at 196 not too shabby. Long day of work ahead , gotta make sure to keep my energy up , will have a bottle of yohimbe with me incase of emergencies.
Leg workout was great felt good going in felt Godly going out.
5-8 rep range drop sets on the last set
Squats
45x8 145x8 225x5 warmups
275x6 275x6 275x6 275x4+185x6
Fronts
155x6 155x6 155x6+135x2
Leg ext
190x8 190x8 190x8+110x6+50(1leg)x9
Leg press machine (5 second reps)
230x8 230x8 230x8+150x8
Leg curls
150x7 150x8 150x6 150x6 +70x7
Looking for an ab routine to really start focusing on the abs I've been hitting them at least twice a week but nothing special been kind of slacking just 3x15 leg raises 3x15-20 crunches and 3x50 Russian twists with a 25lb plate , going to throw in something better just looking for it.
A couple things to point out , definitely looking slightly bigger and fuller and I got veins popping up everywhere, forearm is looking like the beginning of a road map for the first time ever , and got a little ab vein I'm extremely ecstatic about, however, acne is popping up , like I said before I'm prone but control it pretty well with proactive , libido is there for sure but it's from the andros definitely suppressed to say the least, unfortunately I won't be getting blood work but I'm sure with proper pct I'll be able to jump back, besides that it's all good.
