Leg day!
Woke up, emptied the tank , weighed in at 196 not too shabby. Long day of work ahead , gotta make sure to keep my energy up , will have a bottle of yohimbe with me incase of emergencies.
Leg workout was great felt good going in felt Godly going out.

Looking for an ab routine to really start focusing on the abs I've been hitting them at least twice a week but nothing special been kind of slacking just 3x15 leg raises 3x15-20 crunches and 3x50 Russian twists with a 25lb plate , going to throw in something better just looking for it.
A couple things to point out , definitely looking slightly bigger and fuller and I got veins popping up everywhere, forearm is looking like the beginning of a road map for the first time ever , and got a little ab vein I'm extremely ecstatic about, however, acne is popping up , like I said before I'm prone but control it pretty well with proactive , libido is there for sure but it's from the andros definitely suppressed to say the least, unfortunately I won't be getting blood work but I'm sure with proper pct I'll be able to jump back, besides that it's all good.

Got complimented twice in the gym for looking bigger and putting up good weight , honestly don't feel too much bigger measurements are still the same still hoping for a bigger jump in size might pick up carbs a little bit more.

Woke up exhausted today took me a while to get up and rushed to go to the gym , simple arm day honestly didn't even track it even in the gym I was tired preworkout barely gave me any energy but for some reason the pump was there today felt good leaving the gym, changes are starting to appear more visible

Slept in today for the first time in months and by that I mean until 815 am lol however still felt great got to the gym and F***ing killed leg day, felt so good even started deadlifting again after about 2 -3 months

Can anyone tell me if adding aromasin can decrease results ? I've been worried about adding it but the nips have been a little sensitive the past couple days , should I add the aromasin ? Can that mess with results or should I see if the Epi helps subside sensitivity
 
Today was back day, gym was surrounded with dumb ass3s got tired of their crap quick , but just tried to focus on my workout and kept pushing through got so focused I stopped tracking half way through but it was 12-15 rest pause on last sets

Invalid Link RemovedInvalid Link Removed definitely see a difference in the pics but see more of a difference in mirror I don't think it's mental because people come up to me and tell me I'm looking "huge" and also girlfriend took both sets of pics and we didn't spend too much time on posing or anything just quick snapshot if I get above 205 I might drop carbs on the last two weeks and see if I can get a even dryer leaner look

Thank you bro! Truly appreciate it, im keeping everything non point from diet to routines and even forcing minimum of 7 hours of sleep per day and still I'm over here staring at those and thinking to myself it must be angles and lighting lol but I'm literally in the same lighting and a step to the left from the original picture haha, still got about 3.5 weeks to go and truly hooked lol , looking forward to one day running what I've named the "Hastur cycle" aka every strong product Olympus has to offer at once , haha I'm sure you're going to have a crazy change

I'm actually hearing a few people calling it the "Hastur Cycle" haha. It's treating me well thus far, I'd say slowly acquire the necessary products and go even harder next cycle! With your physique and lifting stats, you have a ton of potential, I can only imagine what both will be like with more time!

Definitely will be keeping an eye on your log bro lol results should be crazy specially cuz it seems like you're going to make sure to keep everything on point 110% I feel too many people focus on just the supps and nothing else and then complain they didn't get great results lol , and thanks again bro appreciate the compliments, I'll probably run a couple more simpler cycles before trying out that Hastur cycle haha but will be stocking up slowly for sure
 
Shoulder day , kind of had to rush and get the workout done in 45 minutes but definitely picked the intensity up thanks to the rush which led to a great pump, also today marks one full month on the 1 and 4 andros and I'm up to 199.8 this morning after emptying the tank so up 12 lbs i don't think I can say anything but exceptional results with close to no sides a little lethargic and a little sensitivity but I'll take that any day for 10+ lbs in a month

Damn , I wear suits to work and have an interview today for a promotion so I threw on my nice suit the only "slim" suit I have and I found out where those 12 lbs went , straight to these tree trunks lol definitely did not realize the growth in my legs up till now got quads busting out the pants and still need a belt because it's a little bigger then just right around the waist . Crazy thing is I was heavier when I bought this suit , I had just started cutting down from 220 and was about 205-210 so this is starting out a good Friday haha

Nothing wrong with a couple more simpler cycles, granted, you're seeing great results with less so there's no pressing reason to use more if you don't need to just yet. Killer workouts, by the way! The total volume seems fairly high, which I am a fan of. It seems like you get better results on cycle with higher volume workouts as well.

Definitely bro, my body just dosnt respond to rest like most people say it should , high volume high intensity is when I see results anything less and my body just won't respond , I find a program I like and often have to add one or two exercises to each workout and remove at least one rest day from each week lol , which isn't much of a problem as I hate resting anyways

Threw in an extra back day today at a different gym one helluva workout just kinda did whatever felt right didn't track it
Cable rows 4 sets all had 1 drop I think it was 195x6 drop 130x10

Db rows ran the rack 3 times 100-50
Sumo deadlift super set rack pulls 3 sets 5 and 5
Pull down machine 3x12
Then threw in some biceps felt great coming out the gym
 
I'm going to have to try running the rack on the DB rows. You do it just like a big ass drop set ya? Looks badass
 
Yeah bro it was killer did one arm at a time so it could give each arm a couple seconds of rep but just keep going till failure and drop to the next weight definitely adds some intensity
 
Over 90 degrees outside today so right after the gym headed to the pool with the girlfriend, diet wasn't great today still ate somewhat clean and hit macros so far but added in some fruit smoothie and one of my meals was a sand which , but it's ok cuz the pool and sun make a natural fat burner right ? Lol

If I was good at photoshop I'd be on Instagram not AM lol , you can see the plates from 3 angles haha, my other gym has one of the machines that you can load up plates in the front and the back I've put 10 plates on that one before but usually 4-6 on the free bar is right where I can get 6-8 reps but today it felt light as hell. It was fun throwing that one around
