For my part, I think Triumph is the best all around ergogenic supplement on the market. I personally don't notice any bloating or unusual fullness. Then again, I'm used to drinking a lot of liquids before and during training.

I do too. At least a half gallon used among all my different drinks and stuff peri-workout.

Good call. This tends to minimize (or just eliminate) any issue.

Not bloated but "full" for sure.

I dose 1 - 1 1/2 hours pre and that has been enough time for that full feeling to go away. No negative impact dosing that far out either.

In fact, I'm up 5 lbs in 2 weeks. Glycogen retention I'm sure. Also a tad more vascular.

Otherwise dosing 1/2 pre 1/2 post workout will work just fine like you said.
I agree on the fullness feeling. I'm taking 1/2 pre, 1/2 intra at the moment. But flavor for Orange Creamsicle is on point! Tastes just like those popsicles I used to eat as a kid.

I have been experiencing headaches and diarrhea about an hour after taken Tr1umph. Could it be the soy lecithin?
I experienced the same, one day I had to quit my workout and leave. The next few workouts my head started pounding when I did 8+ reps, I tapered to 5 reps and went heavier. The following week the headaches have diminished.

No issues, already been 2 weeks on with 1/2 pre and 1/2 post workout.

Just finishing up my first tub. No headaches, no diarrhea. Stool has been softer than normal, but no negative side effects.

More importantly, what have people been noticing for positive effects from being on it?

Ok guys. This is the 3rd day on Tr1umph. I'm typing this from the bowl. I have had diarrhea since day 1. I took 1/2 scoop before and after workout in day one. Bad diarrhea.
Day 2 I skipped taking it.
Day 3 (today) 1/2 scoop before and after workout. Explosive diarrhea for the second time today.
Any advice? I go back to work tomorrow and I work outside no where near a bathroom.
HELP!
Thanks
Jimmy

I dont think it necessarily has to be taken peri workout . Maybe try 1/2 with lunch and 1/2 with dinner. Taking it with food should be easier on the GI

Thanks, I'll try it that way Just figured i'd get better workout results following the 1/2 before and after workout.

Let's see what we can do here man. I see you've already tried splitting the dose up so we'll skip that part.

Taking it around a workout is best, but not needed tbh. Yeah, you'll miss out on some of the "acute" benefits, but most of the ingredients will work just fine even when taken away from a workout. This includes the SL.

If it is "hitting" you within a pretty consistent time-frame, perhaps you could time it so that right after your workout you are able to "take care of business" and carry on with your day. In order to do this, you may have to take the full dose some time pre-workout vs splitting the dose up.

Last option is to take it with a meal to see if that helps. Most are fine with Tr1umph, but some are hyper sensitive to either SL directly, or the high choline content.

Let me know how things turn out man.

Another option is to use only 1/4 pre for some days so that your body start to get used to it. Then increase the dose slowly

Q&A FOR OLYMPUS LABS TR1UMPH

Why did you guys switch to bigger tubs of Tr1umph? I much prefer the smaller ones so it doesn't take up so much space (so I can store more of them ). Now if you added more servings in there it would all make sense

So why the bigger tubs?

These new big tubs are only filled a third of the way. It just seems like a waste.

You could easily make Tr1umph 60 servings with these same tubs...just saying ?

As for the larger tubs, idk. I think I heard GNO say something about "big tubs"...wait, or was it "big jugs" that he was talking about? Haha

Q&A FOR OLYMPUS LABS TR1UMPH

Opened my Endure+ today... There's so much extra room lol.

ImageUploadedByAnabolicMinds1461081213.957772.jpg

Also, think the scoop is a little small. Seems to be the same scoop in regular endure? My scale is broken so I can't measure it. It's a 25cc scooper

Also, realize this is in triumph thread but the tub size was relevant.

That's a 24 oz blender bottle about 20 oz deep touching the scoopie

OL your product are too well made that we have nothing left to complain about lol

But seriously you are only using a third of those huge tubs of both Tr1umph and Endure. It such a waste clogging up my cabinets lol we want more product in them. 60 servings in these two products would work well. Even if the price was doubled.

How does transdermal compare to tab version, i am already using exotherm as a transdermal product but will use this in the transdermal version if it is more effective.

I only use EU & SU in TD form due to a dietary intolerance to the PC (TD angers around that for me).

Anecdotal feedback on SU I've seen indicates the TD is slightly more effective. Although you can stack them and do 1 cap/1 pump. Apply the TD far enough away from the exo.

I don´t think someone as tried them yet. Maybe Olympus Labs have tried it and can give a quick taste review.(?)
Both flavors sounds good though. :)

I was going to put up a review of the Non-flavored and it may sound silly at first, but there are some people who are skeptical of "non flavored" formulas. The taste of the ingredients may be more profound or what ever you may be adding might make it worse.

GNO I did ask jebrook if the admin could update the flavors on the review list, but not sure if my email was sent out. Computer was crashing all day yesterday I will post it here for those who may be interested-

Non flavored- what does it taste like- nothing! You don't need a strong mix of anything as no ingredient in this profile will make you gag. I mixed up a scoop in my Gatorade orange yesterday. What did it taste like? Orange Gatorade.
I will say this did mix a little easier than the Peach flavor with water. Not sure if the flavoring has something to do with mixing or not. When I mean mixing, you don't need Gordon Ramsey's Blend 9000 mixer!

I give this a 10 because you now have absolute control over what you want to add to this without sacrificing the taste of the added drink.

Will be trying the berry cherry today-

great job guys

Afaik the review section does not have the functionality to add flavours that a reviewer can select from.

Please do add in your review though and just add the flavour you tried in the comments. Appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts :)

^^^What GNO said. He checked with admin and only one spot for each supplements. Can't have different listings for separate flavors.

Sounds good. So the unflavored taste does not taste any soy lecithin? I actually enjoy that taste. Is it less foaming? The orange and peach had a lot of foaming when shaking it up, at least for me.

So you could make a pre workout drink out of this with out different flavor crash in to each others ( I guess that is the reason for the unflavored addition)? Like adding alphamine, endur3, high volume, CU etc etc for a good pre workout stack? I don't enjoy drinking to much water before working out, makes me go on the toilet every 30min at the gym. Sounds like I am going to get some Tr1umph!

there was a little foam but nothing to crazy- taste of my Gatorade was still pretty much Gatorade.

This is me do so do as you want, but I would be careful about adding more to this. I have used High Volume, its a pretty good product, but never mixed with Tr1umph. I used Hydro with Tr1umph (1 pill- directions say to assess tolerance) and the pump was pretty insane. Between Tr1umph and Hydro, that is what I use.

If you start adding too much, it seems to be that; too much. You get too tight or too pumped and you will need for hydration to avoid cramping. So if you do decide to add, I would start off small. just my thought

I wont be adding all the things I mentioned in the post. That would be madness. :D
I was more thinking on adding Tr1umph + vaskular on workout days with endur3 intra. Should be a good stack with some coffee/caffeine pills pre workout.

Good point on non-flavor need reviews too. I purchased the non-flavored E9 and it actually tastes terrible to me. It's strong aftertaste hits through anything I mix it with. I love the Tr1umph flavors, but it's always good to have a non-flavor option that actually has no taste.

Has anybody had allergic reactions to Tr1umph? I have recently began breaking out probably the last 5 days and the only 2 different things I can think of is my new deodorant and Tr1umph. I'm leaning more towards the deodorant so I'm gonna stop that and continue Tr1umph hopefully that will be the end of it. I have never had allergic reactions to anything before and looking at its profile I seriously seriously doubt it's Tr1umph but just being thorough.

I haven't heard of allergic reactions but you never know. You're doing the right thing by eliminating variables. Let us know what you determine.

I think it is only fair that I write this retraction of a statement I made about TR1UMPH. I thought at the time it was TR1UMPH that was giving me loose stools and upset stomach. I have recently given it another go and realized it was not the TR1UMPH at all. I'm using it pre workout with 1 scoop protein and loving it.
