Things are getting intense! How's the AA helping, or can you really tell?

Actually man I think it's really helping. I can feel the fat cells breaking up. My lower abs are about to come in real nice finally. Diet, training and a little targeted supplementation seems to be working.

Bro there's a lot of truth to the comments in that thread we were in the other day, but you know what? So what? Could be worse, and have been worse. Yes, sometimes I'm a bit obsessed with this whole lifestyle and my usage IS borderline addictive behavior. But I've been a far darker person with far darker activities. So for me, this is a much better avenue to channel my energy in.

There will come a day when I'll have to face the fire a bit more and learn to accept myself and be more content with less. But for now, it's still go-time baby. Full Retard!!

Smashed an entire workout in a brain-fog haze. Was like a robot programmed to lift, lift intensely, and make it work. Very strange today. Still in a haze here at work. Slept great though!!

Tried Purus Labs Condense pwo this morning. 2 scoops. Pretty good profile at 2 scoops. Also took 100mcg of SNS Huperzine A. While this is probably solely responsible for making my body do all the work in the gym, since my brain decided to not get involved.

Yeah i work out at the salvation army Kroc center. So its a faith based commercial gym kinda. It has everything you need really as far as lifting for your average joe but i wish i could find a gym in town that has stuff for training for specific sports like powerlifting or olympic lifting and stuff. The closest thing would be crossfit boxes but i cant afford that anymore

I do have a pretty extensive set up at my house though. I am about to order a Titan push pull sled, it is like a prowler but only $160 that will change things up a bit on how I train.
 
Brain got seriously involved today!! Took no sleep aids, not even melatonin just so I'd be clear headed. And surprisingly slept ok.

Did some BFR training on both biceps and triceps and boy does it feel great. Followed BeastFitness 's protocol of 30-45 second rests bent over at the waist with arms hanging to keep the blood in the arms.

Alternating DB Curls:

Your workouts look similar in volume and variety of exercise as mine. Getting all the ranges that's how it's done.
 
Note, I can feel something in both my bicep and tricep peaks right now. Like DOMS setting in already wtf!!
