Stage 3 would be worth it, always better to be all paid off right?

my tuner just recently put one out for my gen the puts it in the mid 12s in the 1/4 with stock internals which is a great foundation IMO

Personally I'm up in the air on the rs3s looks and size, all I care about is that glorious 5 cylinder under the hood.

Exactly i dont know even if i squeeze into the RS3 it's all about the legendary 2.5L. EFR BT is sub 12's on internals. Which tuner are you using?? interested.

I'm running JHM which is the only tuner still developing stuff for the first generation 2.0Ts
 
So i decided to weigh myself today and to my surprise im down to 189.....I've cut out all sugars this week and anything bad. Diet is on point so maybe im burning a bunch of fat. Strength is still gtg, feel good no issues there. I'm going to stay as is and not change anything for next week and see how it pans out. I can tell im still progressing though and that's all that matters. Hitting 200 will be a hard task but even if i don't gain anything and there's a decent change im more than happy. Nothing bad to report as side effects, sleep is good. This at least for me seem to be great at getting lean and hard...Can't wait till the LEAN to follow maybe ill have a 6 pack this year.....can't remember the last time i was really lean. Either way to date im happy with both these products.

LOL yah for some it's really easy, unfortunely i tend to store most of my fat around my midsection. I'm waiting.... Dma378 with my care bear stare belly :)

maybe i should start doing trap i do 3 set a month maybe.....genetics i guess....Lol my dad's nickname was the human forklift unfortunately my mom is tiny so im in the middle.

Same with me ha. I don't think I've ever actually done a planned trap exercise. I'm trap dominant on too many shoulder or overhead motions so I get tons of work by accident

one thing i notice since dropping a lil weight is im getting a split in them now. My cousin who's going for his pro card always gives me shiat for not doing shrugs or deadlifts.

I never do traps or biceps. They've always been naturally disproportionately larger than everything else. I used to bi's in college but that was mostly just because college/bro ha. Traps never tho.

All dressed chips are in walmarts now ha. So are timtams, coffee crisp, and a few other "ex" Canadian-only items. What few things they did have unique are rapidly being moved to the usa as well.

Yeah for me sometimes having a constant temptation does more for my resolve than not having it tested too often. When my wife was preggars I was initially getting in good shape. I told myself I wasn't going to gain the 30 some odd lbs I did when I had my son. I guess by the time she was about 6 months pregnant I was starting to get jacked, was getting my abs in, and she had a melt down. "I am so fat and ugly! You just keep getting better and I just look worse. You're gonna leave me cuz I look gross!" She got pretty insecure, so I backed off a bit until she had Trinity so she could feel a little more confident.

I had a nice barter system going with GNO haha. weekly swap meets for supps and treats
 
Yah my wife likes her treats, so there's always temptation. Sometimes I slip a little but not too damaging when I am on IF and my activity is high.

Yeah, this is the case for me but sometimes when I get started, I just keep chasing the rabbit down the hole and end up overboard. I am hoping the fact I do not have any intentions of bulking again will help me maintain a pretty lean physique year round. I am about as far out of condition as I am willing to let myself get, and that isn't really too bad.

Yes the trick is to fill up as much as I can on my good food. If I start out treating when I'm hungry all hell breaks loose lol

This is always my strategy too. Implement a long fast, load up on calorically cheap veggies, pound a ton of lean protein, and the. Whatever room is left is open season for fun.

Yesterday was supposed to be a day off but got an itch for the gym so i did 1 1/2 hours cardio and a lil bit of abs. Passed out like a baby.
Had training courses all day today, painfully boring stuff i've done countless times just for re certification. So no gym yet but ill probably hit it up a lil later with a double dose of Mesomorph damn i love the pink lemonade. Shoulders and calves are on the table for tonight....thinking about training traps but i never do them usually as they tend to be dominant. Sitting im my course writing stuff out for you smith_69, better then paying attention i'll send you it later tonight bro. Haven't forgotten just swamp past 2 days. I'll probably try to stack some KetoInduce with my lean once that's a go and some other FB's to make the most of the situation. A couple stri's showed up in my calves with im really happy about as after my ACL/MCL tears i lost all my legs and calves and have been killing them to get them up to par and balance out with the rest. Busted open another protein tub, Mutant pro 100 mint chocolate chip ice cream pretty tasty. I'm going to make a lil protein ice cream tomorrow im sure its going to be gtg........can't wait to try the SpartaNutrition PWO hopefully it gets released soon. After really cracking down on my diet im back pretty much to starting weight @189 but there's a good recomp happening so weight isn't everything. Leaner by the day and still have my strength. No issues so far at all with the supps, shutdown is starting to happen though but that's to be expected nothing dramatic but i've done enough runs in my life to now the feeling. Not sure on how long ill be off work but am making the best of it. Not looking forward to 12+ hour work days then the gym cough cough PWO hint hint SpartaNutrition yates84 Dma378 lol.

working construction last year lol including my drive it was 14 some 15 hour days usually 6 or 7days straight and had a reset once i got to maximum legal days worked. ... a few hours sleep cause you still got to do laundry cook and buy food.....that was the worst part standing inline zombie state. But you have to make sacrfices in order to get where you want and i was a 252 at the time and out of shape. Had to change and didn't care about temporary pain I had a goal in mind.....Rage got me through a bit lol nothing like trash talking your fat ass into the gym at all hours of the night.
 
Rest is important, but sometimes a luxury. I mean I am growing like a weed cuz I sleep so much now. Owning a gym I train more than I ever did and I have no other life so I get to rest a lot. It's the best scenario but not always possible.

Oh yah I agree my friend but working construction you make the hay while the sun is shining cause who knows when the next one is. That's why I choose to work 6 or less months a year to balance life and mental health. A lot of time I'm on the road living camp life.
