Plain in oats looks lame but taste was great, definitely a protein best enjoyed warm

Outside of dessert my diet is boring (but spicy AF)

But hey it's a log:

I prefer spicy foods as well. Just made some red beans with cayenne to top my rice with. Not very creative, but tasty nonetheless.

This is my favorite hot sauce, currently:

Frosted Churro Mexican Double Chocolate Protein Donuts

128 cals each:
10.5g protein, 12.5g carbs, 5g fat

Made with FINAFLEX brand new protein, thanks again for letting me try it out guys. Recipe on these:

Ingredients:
1 scoop protein
3/4 cup + 1 tbsp AP flour
1/3 cup light margarine
1/2 cup Splenda (or use Stevia/sugar)
1/3 cup Walden Farms chocolate syrup
1/2 cup skim milk
2 large eggs
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
3/4 cup 0% Greek yogurt
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 scoop protein
desired amount of stevia, or WF syrup and lower GY amount
Optional Cinnamon/sugar to garnish

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350, spray a donut pan with a non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients. Mix together others, and beat eggs, in another bowl.
Add the wet to the dry mix, mix well.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, tops will be firm.
Let cool, mix together all topping ingredients except cinnamon, sweeten more as needed.
Spread on topping, sprinkle with cinnamon and sweetener/sugar
Devour

You think coconut oil (or something) could replace the margarine? Same for AP flour?

Dont replace coconut oil with flour (Dry ingredient) you will need to offset with other dry ingredients.

I meant coconut flour. I don't bake much.

You can sub the margarine for any fat/oil, for sure.

The flour, I would still use flour,
Coconut flour would totally change the recipe,

You'd be able to tell by the batter thickness though, how much extra liquid you need.

Or you can just use any protein donut recipe around and sub in Frosted Churro protein,
Then top it with more chocolate and a cinnamon sprinkle :)

Are you avoiding gluten?

Or just lowering carbs?
I think I have an almond flour recipe around too

So the delay on my cheesecake is that I'm baking 2 more haha.

It looked good enough I wanted photos of it solo to use on my own pages,
Variations may end up in a cook book... ;)

I will share this one here because I did it first with Finaflex :)

Frosted Churro Cheesecake with Caramel Super-Cereal Crust and topping

I'm still editing the recipe based on which of these cakes I like best, but coming very soon

This was my best cheesecake ever, save maybe my PB Half Baked one...

Neither. I have a full bag of coconut flour and no AP flour.

Can we have Baking Camp that you host for us to attend for a week in the summer??? lol

Well damn, lol.

That would taste a lot like coconut.

I'd use the same recipe but try extra milk until it is just less than a soft serve thickness, donut batter does not rise too much, trays get filled 2/3 full

Dylan -- does the donut recipe only make one donut? Assuming so, but just want to check. Making them tomorrow or Saturday.

Of all the ingredients I'm missing, it's the eggs lol
