Is there any research to show an advantage of taking strictly bcaa/eaa's over just a scoop of protein that has a good amino acid profile?

I've never used any Intra, since I train fed (90-120 mins prior). As a test, I ordered some Intra-MD. I don't really notice anything "wow" for the money. I still get DOMS, and my recovery has always been "Grrrrrrr, when can I get back in the gym!" anyway, so... I have no doubt it is high quality, but for *me*, I don't need Intra's.
I believe Aragon has written a few pieces about a pre-workout meal being enough if you're a "1 workout a day for 90 minutes'ish" type of guy.
Wanna send me intra-md?
Never tried or seen the label for endure.
I usually just rock Intra-MD or Glycofuse + IntraMD EAA+
I tried some last night and it sat very heavy. I used a serving and 2/3 to bring the carbs close to 30g and I found the bloat distracting. The reason to train more than 4 hours away from food for me is to have a very light stomach. I may just use half a serving now to sweeten my bulk HBCD that sits like water. Pina Colada tastes good though and dye is very weak. Good pumps too.
Damn thats what i was afraid of. I am the same way. Hbcd is very easy on my stomach
I'm glad you brought this up for discussion. I was just thinking of ordering some Carb 10 and experimenting with it around my WO in place of HBCD.
I still might give it a try but definitely ordering the smaller tub first.
Will be going back to Gatorade powder (35 grams carbs) for a while with 2 scoops Amino IV intra.
Previously was going with Karbolyn + Amino IV.
Karbolyn and glycofuse are my next two
Have yet to try the Gatorade powderI was going to go with Glycofuse but decided to go try out Gatorade powder again just to compare to Karbolyn. I will give Glycofuse or another HBCD product a go after a good run with Gatorade (unless I notice GI issues)

I bought endure + and was not impressed by it at all sadly.
The flavor was awful. It didn't mix very well. I've barely touched mine which sorta sucks because I was pretty excited about it.
Back to amino IV
I've had about a week of workouts using Endur3+, and all I can do is rave about it. I've experienced a noticeable increase in endurance, decrease in rest periods, and deep, consistent pumps. It sits lightly in my stomach and doesn't slow me down at all. The flavor is mild, to my palate, and I've no problem going through a thirty two ounce water bottle throughout my sessions.
Obviously different people will respond differently to supplements, but man oh man is this a home run for me.
If you demand perfection or nothing, as we did, most times you will end up with nothing. Endur3 is the exception that proves the rule. That's why I will continue with the non-plus version. A tremendous amount of effort went into this.
Are you kidding me,that is crazy!
You're experiencing exactly what you're supposed to with Endur3. It's a true ergogenic and actually sustains anabolism.
The formula is definitely unique. Most products have random EAA ratios, we use the perfect stoichiometric ratio to support long lasting protein synthesis (this alone puts Endur3 miles ahead of its competitors). No guesswork, our EAA matrix is a masterpiece, literally. It took a lot of hard work.
Then you have two proven natural anabolics/ergogenics: Epicatechin and Schizandra. Both dosed properly in order to achieve substantial and noticable effects. Full dose of Agmatine not just for the pleasant pump but also increased cAMP, more fat oxidation, raised carnitine synthesis, more adiponectin, improved mitochondrial function, more UCPs, and enhanced EAA delivery to muscle tissue.
You get powerful muscle cells hydration for a permissive additional effect on anabolism/hypertrophy.
Taurine to potentiate BCAA's effects on recovery and boost calsequestrin level for optimal muscle contraction.
I other words, if I had enough money to buy ONE supplements only, it'd be Endur3.
One thing i love about intra md eaa+ has been the teacrine. It definitely keeps my energy going with all the stims i take through the day and before training. Definitely a great addition to the formula
EAA+ has much better flavoring than regular intra MD IMO
intra-md orange was really good, the grape was terrible

Grape was soft . Here is what I question,
They have no sucralose in Intra md but do in EAA+
anyone want to try out some Compete to compare it against what you currently use?
