Bam Bam Goes Caveman-Mode: A Training Log

I have the solution for the leg press (I ran into this issue too..once you hit 30+ plates its just a hassle to load up.)

Do:
1. Timed sets INSTEAD of counting reps
2. Add in specific tempo work (4:0:1:0 or 2:2:2:2 for example)
3. Add bands

Those have helped me keep the plate number under control haha

At the end of the day its nothing novel but it make you conscious of how poor (typically) your tempo really is and your missing out on SO much stimulation. Tempo specific work (if you've never done) will give you tension like you've never felt. LOVE IT!

Ahh I gotcha. I have a few vials of ipamorelin and I'm about halfway through a trial run of CJC 1295 DAC, but I don't think I'm going to get more because of the conflicting opinions on the safety of GH bleed. I'll probably try Mod GRF 1-29 next instead, and IGF DES has always intrigued me except for the price.
I'll also be on MK 677 for a long time so that's going to be a continual part of the equation. My GW-501516 will probably last through PCT as well.

Testosterone levels naturally go up and down throughout the day, or could be said to go in daily pulses. However you don't hear of people avoiding test enanthate because it keeps levels consistently higher than baseline. That is the goal of cycling a PED.

Those seeking to get the most out of peptides will want to incorporate something that keeps levels elevated at all times. Also there isn't much reason for you to avoid the CJC 1295 DAC when you already love MK, it stimulates the same sort of GH release, and does not work in the natural pulsing patterns like what people say about other GHRP or GHRH's. Also you can add in the ipa, or GHRP 2 or 6 with the DAC to get pulses and much larger pulses than normal since the DAC leaves the flood gate cracked open a little.

Honestly, with all the research and anecdotal evidence out there, I believe the GH bleed is fine. Obviously no one can say for certain but I've talked with and worked with some people that are at the pinnacle of this industry in terms of coaching as well as pros and amateurs that have experimented…its not something I'm concerned about but again, different approaches.

I would definitely incorporate something along these lines to maximize what you keep PCT.
Yes agreed! I don't think someone should run DAC endlessly at high doses, but an 8 week to 6 month run should be perfectly fine and very effective. I ran a really nice run of it at 1mg 3 times a week for 8 weeks and leaned up nicely while maintaining the same exact weight.

Sweet, that's pretty much what I'm already doing (CJC DAC, ipam, and MK 677) I'm doing 500mcg 2x a week for the CJC though, and doing the ipam at 500mcg about EOD, basically whenever I have the time and I'm fasted for long enough. I've been trying to have a syringe already loaded and in the fridge when I go to bed so I can just get up, stick it, and head to class.
Also, I found a good deal on HGH frag 176-191 that I was thinking about trying for a while. 250mcg 5 on/2 off

I would like to do ipam every day, I'm just not consistent enough. Also I'm not fasted nearly long enough pre-bed to dose it at that time. Forgot to post up my workout today. Finished around noon, and my quads are already sore less than 12 hours later.

1.5 rep leg extensions

Also, I weigh 215 again. Same weight as I was before the cycle. Depressing.
However, I'm tighter, bigger, more vascular, and stronger. Must be less body fat and more muscle.
 
Holy **** my quads are ridiculously sore. Definitely including front squats as a staple in my quad workouts now, and those 1.5 rep leg extensions are BRUTAL on your tear drop. Also definitely need to start forcing myself to include walking lunges more often. Such a good finishing/touch-up exercise.

Also, within a day of bumping my tren dosage up, I have noticed a drastic increase in body heat and sweating throughout the day and night. Very light sleep and a little bit of the old irritability is back.

Sounds great and front squats rock! Yeah 1.5 leg extensions will really bring the burn and even an ache in your teardrop from it being too pumped.
 
I've been doing these for VMO activation before leg extensions and it really wakes the tear drop up before the leg extensions.

Oh nice, I'll have to watch that when I'm not in class! Lol. I'm all about finding more ways for leg growth. Even though they've been growing A LOT, they still need to be bigger to be proportionate to my upper body.

Frequency is the key! The more opportunities for growth you give yourself the better. It all comes down to your recovery ability. Shoulders do really well with high rep high frequency training too. You could simply add in a few sets of side or rear raises at the end of a few workouts a week and see some nice gains in that area I would be willing to bet.

I really don't understand how you can want to make a career out of fitness and exercise and not know how to work out... I see a lot of people from my classes in the gym with horrible form and terrible workout habits. It just doesn't make sense to me?

There are some products here and there that don't sync up and it's moments like those that make me want to throw my phone against the wall. If I find a product like that, I just make a new label and enter the values in manually. Then it saves it so you can re-use it the next time you consume that same product.

How far of a drive is Miami for you? And do you plan on much drinking/drug use? Lol

When I went to South Padre last year, I spent about 13 hours each way in a camper being pulled behind a truck. I don't really like big parties and stuff, but it was definitely a good experience, even with the bad weather and multiple deaths while we were there.. oh and my girlfriend getting lost and ending up in a hospital an hour away, I will never go back. Lol
