Almost done with full bottle #1 of xgels. Had about 20 gels in another that I finished. Will continue ArA for 2 more full bottles since I got a great deal on it. Misfit28 Driven2lift thanks guys. Started at 1g for a few workouts, stayed at 1.25g for a little, now at 1.5g.
I don't know if it's because I increased the dose or just because my body is fully saturated with the ArA; the **** just got real. Pumps are awesome and the DOMS is for real. I had to foam roll a good bit longer this morning because I could barely walk when I got up. Just started Carlito's 6 week program on Tuesday so that may have something to do with it, but the soreness is insane.

IMO, yes. With Arachidonic Acid, the higher the dose, the better the results.
Issues being, as you stated, is cost to results.
I personally just run at 1.5 grams 5-6 days a week.

Try some and see how they are, i have tried some products 1-2 years after expiry, but they have not been oil or fat based so had no chance of turning rancid.
I've got 2 bottles of X-gels that I'd been saving for an upcoming PCT/off-cycle period, but just noticed today that they'd expired 12/2015. They've been stored at room temperature since original purchase. What are the chances that they're still good? If I popped a capsule open, how can I identify whether the oil has gone rancid or not?

I'm on X-Gels now at 4/day. Really enjoying my run with ArA per usual.
I am hoping to get a full tub of this new product(as we're nearing flavor approval) within the next month, so I can combine the two and see the changes.
guys where can I find bulk GMS? Glycergrow isnt an option anymore and genomyx is a little bit expensive.
BTW...any clue on when X-GELS is gonna be in stock?

Yes, dose the HCA with ArA as well.
HCA will aid in the cellular uptake of arachidonic acid via CD36 mechanism.
I have stopped taking Cissus and Fish Oil like I always to when I run ArA. Are any of the ingredients highly anti-inflammatory in the Joint Support XT formula and should also be avoided for an optimal run? I was thinking the ParActin.
Yes. You'd want to dose JS-XT away from ArA.
You should be dosing the Joint Support away from your workouts to begin with though.
Thought so, just not going to take JS-XT altogether

What's the consensus on intra-workout carbs while on ArA? I'm taking SL pre-workout, and would be starting the carbs about 30 minutes in.

No concern here IMO.

Epi has some slight hindrance to ara, but at this does its prob not enough to worry about. If you're truly trying to max the ara tho, yes skip it.
I have run X gels+epi plex twice and haven't noticed any negatives.
