Pretty much did that again and pulled 578. Sub max volume builds well.

Awesome! Yeah I don't intend to spend a ton of time in the super heavy stuff. Speed work and volume work will probably be the source of the most gains. Firing the CNS off better and building muscle while greasing the groove so to speak.

Exactly! Especially if you're a conventional guy it will be much easier to keep up with recovery than going heavy all the time. And 440 gets heavy when it's your 6th set of 5 and you've got 2x6 @ 405 on deficit pulls to go still.

Yeah that will definitely do it. I am definitely a conventional guy. Sumo bothers the inside of my knees when I go heavier. I am sure it is a form break down but I have to build up to them so will need more volume training there. I will probably do some of my hypertrophy stuff there as well as speed but not to much crazy on strength for a bit when training them.

So, like I mentioned this has become more of a lean bulk than a recomp. I simply did not dedicate myself to the diet and showed a lack of discipline there. No excuses, it is what it is. Now that I accepted it and am eating to try and accomodate some size and strength gains before cutting when i get back i am perfectly okay with it an love the size I have right now. I started this weighing 210, and am a solid 222 right now. I can't really see any increase in body fat and vascularity is way up too. These pics are 3 weeks into this cycle and 12 lbs gained. I am pretty impressed even though some is water to have only been running 25-50mg of Dermatr3st a day some epiandro/dhea transdermal with these sublinguals and I am up 12 lbs in 3 weeks that is pretty good stuff.

I hit a new PR of 555 on conventional dead lifts. I thought I had hit it before but when I checked I had only done 545 before so pretty happy with that. I have a video below but it isn't at the best angle... This was a better pull than my 545 PR was in my opinion. You don't see my hips raise up as much.

After that I did some chest work some ring work, lunges and sled.

Arms have definitely grown they are reading right at 18.5 with a pump and from the look of the pic I didn't have it quite on the largest part of my arm either.

Nice PR! I am nowhere near your numbers in deads but I am having the same problems with my hips rising up.

Thanks, on this one I didn't really see it much it was a great improvement for me. My hips dip down when I pull the weight back into me to engage the glutes but once engaged they raise up about the same rate as my back does. Last time when I maxed my hips obviously shot up like 6 inches before my back really even started moving.

Yesterday was a rest day. I got some of my stuff packed for the trip so I can workout tonight when I get home. My shoulder is a touch sensitive from sleeping on it weird so for pressing I am going to do Ring Push Ups superset with Ring Rows for reps, then Front Squats and Sumo DL for speed. I have also fallen in love with Ring Curls, and extensions recently for my arm work. So I will do some higher rep stuff there.

I have already informed the wife I am bringing a bag with me for my Stroops Elastic Battle ropes, rings, resistance bands and a 25lb kettlebell. That way I can sneak in a workout of some sort whenever I get the chance with our schedule.

My sex drive has not really improved. It may have even decreased a little this past week. Then again I am on TRT so sex drive is typically pretty high anyway. For me though really I would say it has been about the same. This past week has also been more stressful so that could have to do with it more than anything else.

I think it also really depends on where you are coming from which is why mine didn't go nuts. It is already elevated. However if not on TRT then I think the increase would have been much higher. My test levels stay around 1000ng/ul for the most part. A full week after my last shot I had like 770 and I normally take my shots twice a week. So I already have the drive of a teenager.

If not on TRT I would think it would definitely bump you up at least at first. It is androgenic which definitely helps but one thing it does not do is convert to DHT. DHT is the real androgenic hormone and is responsible for a lot of the sexual function. When normal test shuts down, and there is nothing to convert to DHT, if you don't have something to replace the DHT with then you will still get a dip in libido. Might not be as much of one but it is just from less circulating DHT. THis is why you see a lot of people running Stano / dhea / androsterone products that are either the alpha or beta version of androsterone which is highly androgenic and the beta version converts to DHT. It helps with that also.
 
I just gave blood a little bit ago, my blood pressure has dropped back down quite a bit. It was 130/80, not where it normally is but way better than 3 weeks ago when it measured 145/90. That is what I get for being dehydrated and taking a dose of tresto a while before going in to give blood.

Interesting thing, in only 3 weeks the extra hormones have brought my hematocrit right back up to what it was before I donated last time. I was at 47 last time and again this time. I expected to see about it at about 44-45... Typically in a 2-3 week period that will drop hematocrit by 2-3 points. That means I am producing a ton of RBC right now. I will probably have to keep going in every 2 weeks until I am off of this run. I will monitor it closely and see what needs to happen.

What up Hokie!!!!!

Okay everyone, I am back and happy to be home. I had a great vacation, ate decently had some good meals and also did without a little. All in all I think my composition is pretty much the same as before I left. I have about a week left of the sublinguals I have been taking. I chose not to use them while in California and just start back up when I got home since using them preworkout anyway.

I got to workout at Muscle Beach and that was pretty awesome. I have a gif attached below of me hitting 315 on the beach. Unfortunately the 2nd rep I got a cramp in my glute and it kicked me a little sideways while pressing the weight up. I tweaked my shoulder pretty good catching / re-balancing the weight so no heavy benching for me for a little while.

I still plan to do the workout I had set up before but instead of going heavy on bench I will change things up there. Focus on improving my Dead Lift and my squat for a while. I will just lower the weight and increase bar speed and volume training for bench movements during that time. Last time it tweaked like this it took about 4-6 weeks of adjusted training before I could push for heavier weights again. No big deal as long as I can work on bar speed and form I really should not lose much if any strength there.

Here is a gif of me hitting 315 at Muscle Beach was so cool to workout there. Knowing I was working on the same machines and benches as some of the greats was just awesome!

Yeah something I just had to do once I knew we were going to be in that area. We drove about an hour to get there even though we were staying 7 blocks from another beach.

Exactly, I was like Arnold, Lou, Frank Zane, Tom Platz, Lee Haney, Dave Draper, all of my old favorites have lifted there at some point! I have a few more pics I will toss up in a little bit too. I just need to upload them to share them.

So I did not follow the workout I had set up for yesterday completely. I was not going to do a clean and jerk with my shoulder feeling this way. So I added in some light / high rep overhead pressing and rowing.

Squats - 135x10, 155x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 365x5, 365x5
Bench - 145x12, 145x12, 165x12, 165x10, 165x10 - These were all explosive paused reps at a 2-2-X-1 tempo and stopped once the reps lost a little speed. Shoulder felt pretty good here. I didn't want to get any heavy weight on it though.
Dead Lifts - 225x2, 225x2, 225x2, 225x2, 225x2, 225x2, 225x2 - Obviously this was pure speed training here.
Hex Bar OHP - 55x42, 55x33, 55x25, 55x15 - done with external rotation at top to really activate the delts. Done with"Intention"
Hex Bar Bent Row - 55x Max reps x 4 sets I didn't count here just went for it. The way I was doing them was more of an arch than a row really getting a great squeeze at the top of each rep. Done with Outward intention to really light up the back and rear delts.

I was looking large and in charge when this was all said and done.
 
Just finished up some cardio at lunch, jogged a mile then did some hill work for about 30 minutes before jogging back. Time to start the cutting!

So this log will be wrapping up this week, and I will be starting the heavier stuff. I thought I might open up my compound choices to everyone and see what people think. The goal for this run will be cutting with a side of lean mass... Once I bump the dosing up growth is simply a given even in a reasonable deficit. My goal is to gradually get down into the single digits or very close. I will let my appearance tell me when I am lean enough. While doing so I will be working on keeping strength up and possibly improving on some lifts.

Here are some of my options I am contemplating for the next 8 weeks.

Option 1 - Ep15tane 30mg a day, TD Trest 75-100mg - TriDermal for a DHT like base

Option 2 - Ep15tane 30mg a day, TD Trest 75-100mg - TriDermal for a DHT like base, and LGI DMZ 60 caps @ 15mg.
That would either have me running 15mg a day of the DMZ, not a ton but a nice boost, or possibly running 1 on non training days and 2 on training days on top of the 30mg of EP15TANE.

I am sure I have some more stuff but for right now that is what I can think of that are not things I am waiting to run later on. So what do you guys think? Toss in the DMZ for a little extra kick?

Hyde made a good point via PM running 30mg of DMZ for 30 days should be more beneficial than 15 over 60. I might just add the DMZ in the last 4 weeks at 30mg to really punctuate the end of the run.

Would basically look like this
Weeks 1-8 EP15TANE 30mg and TD Trest 75-100mg, 3 servings TriDermal for DHT base
Weeks 4-8 DMZ 30mg

Since my shoulder is bitching I will more than likely add in some peptides and 10mg GHAR1NE throughout.

My legs are feeling some DOMS right now. I only did calisthenics for legs while out so squatting weight for the first time in 2 weeks put it to them. I am ready for a good lift tonight too. I will hit another full body and switch up focus for each part. Tonight would be a strength workout for chest if my shoulder was feeling good but I may opt for some ring push ups or weighted dips instead. Will probably throw in a superset to pump the arms up tonight for fun.

Bench 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x5, 215x5, 235x5, 235x5, 235x5 - Doing a 3-3-0-1 tempo keeps it a little challenging at the lighter weights while still working explosiveness. I decided I am more than likely going to swap bench on strength days to Floor Press and see how that works for me. It will do 2 things help me build triceps, working on the weak portion of the lift and keep my shoulder from going back into the danger zone with heavy weight. I don't typically fail to get things off my chest it is the lockout that gets me.

Explosive A2G Squat w/ 2 second pause - 135x10, 155x5, 175x5, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3, 225x3 - just working for speed out of the hole here.

Sumo Dead Lifts 135x12, 185x12, 225x5, 325x12, 325x112, 325x10, 325x8 - I decided I needed to work on these some and a hypertrophy workout would allow me to strengthen things before really trying to go heavy on them again. Learn the movement and get the body ready for it.

Superset
Machine Shoulder Press
- 135x15, 135x15, 135x15, 135x15 - just pumping the delts and triceps with blood
Band Pull Aparts - 20, 20, 20, 20

Superset
Ring Curls 4 x Max
Ring Reverse Fly 4 x Max


Had a major pump going on when this was all said and done. I also realized that planning a bunch of tire pulling after such a taxing lift is insanity. I will be doing my GPP on non weight training days for now until work capacity increases.

So I have settled on the Epistane @ 30mg, Trest @ 75-100mg, and TriDermal @ 3 servings a day cycle with the option to toss in an extra 30mg of DMZ the last 4 weeks depending on how everything is going. I think this will be a good run, allow some possible gains while leaning up quite a bit.

I will be starting it this coming Monday unless I jump the gun and start tomorrow. LOL I would say not likely but it is actually very likely. I mean why wait!!! :) I will probably take some final pics tomorrow for this log and log the cycle in my training log since I won't be running anything sponsored at that point.
 
Definitely consider the floor press if triceps suck, or heavy 3-board work after full range benching. I am at a point where anything I get 2/3 of the way up onto my triceps will instantly be rocketed to lockout. I need more long pause chest work now.

Yeah with the length of my arms I have to work my triceps pretty good to get the strength I want. I am only 68 inches tall and my wingspan is 73.5 inches. SO I have pretty long arms. I am lucky I have some size on them or they would look stringy! That and the shorter ROM should benefit the shoulder a bit.
 
@Kleen, which version of DMZ you running. Guys check this guy out I found on YouTube: C3Muscle. He has begun a movement called RespectTheDepth. I was floored when I watched this video. I then went through all on his channel. He has incredible strength and squat depth with extremely heavy weight.

Final Review and standings, Sorry I did not take brand new pics for the final review. This holiday weekend didn't allow time for that. However not much has changed since the last pictures. I went on vacation in between now & then. I basically softened up a little, then recovered back to the same point over this last week that I have been back and at it. I want to thank Pro Hormone Warehouse for tossing me some product to try. I have to say that I really enjoyed the products and will give my opinion of them below.

Tresto - a sub lingual trestolone product, taken 2 sublingual caps per dose for a 20mg dose. I have to say I originally wasn't sure what to expect here. The oral doses I was used to seeing were 50mg minimum so the 20mg dose had me extremely curious. Well every time within about 30 minutes I could feel the pressure increase in my head from a BP increase. Aggression in the gym was great. I definitely noticed a difference from when I took it pre workout and times I did not. I would have less aggression and the workout was not quite as intense.

Hexa - Hexadrone is an anabolic compound with very low androgenic activity. Again with it being a sublingual product it was a lower dose than I was used to seeing but the I had to trust in the delivery system. I have to say that it performed well. I chose hexadrone to help with recovery and more to the point because it also has anti aromatase properties. I figured it would help me boost anabolism and recovery while also helping with estrogen management from the trestolone. Well it seemed to do exactly what I had planned. Control estrogen and help with recovery.

Over the course of the first 3 weeks while running Dermatrest at 50mgs a day as well I improved my bench press by 10 lbs, I also hit an all time Dead Lift PR at 555, and put up 455 on squats. So the strength increases were definite in that period of time. I also gained about 10-12 lbs while on without increasing body fat. All in all I would say that Tresto and Hexa were solid products for sure. I would employ them in the same manner that I did using them around training and run an anabolic base of either Test or Trestolone for extremely good results.


I started the second portion of this run this morning. I bumped my morning dose of DermaTrest to 50mg, took my first dose of EP15TANE as well as my support supps. I will be logging the rest of this run in my training log. Invalid Link Removed
