I guarantee you can make gains on your conv pull as low as 405 if the volume is there. My biggest gains on deadlift were almost 30lbs in 3 months and all my volume was between 385-460 when I pulled 562.
Pretty much did that again and pulled 578. Sub max volume builds well.
Awesome! Yeah I don't intend to spend a ton of time in the super heavy stuff. Speed work and volume work will probably be the source of the most gains. Firing the CNS off better and building muscle while greasing the groove so to speak.
Exactly! Especially if you're a conventional guy it will be much easier to keep up with recovery than going heavy all the time. And 440 gets heavy when it's your 6th set of 5 and you've got 2x6 @ 405 on deficit pulls to go still.
My god man you could flap those lats and take flight!
THanks Daniel!Looking beast Chris. Nice rounded separation between muscle groups. With nice vasculaity too.
Congrats on that PR pull as well!!
Will do already mentally checked out. Just have to finish the day...You look great sir! I've tried the mythical recomp but it always turns into a bulk too. I think your cocktail of trest hexadrone and trt is working for you for sure. Enjoy your vacation!
Thanks, I must have RBF like Yateswifey! Not trying to give a tough face.Looking swole Chris.... like the don't f**k with me face too
Nice PR! I am nowhere near your numbers in deads but I am having the same problems with my hips rising up.
Lookin Yolked for sure .!! Hey how is the trest and the libido? I've never taken trest but one of the most appealing aspects is the sky high sex drive.
Interesting. Thanks
Thanks @<u><a href="http://anabolicminds.com/forum/member.php?u=155247" target="_blank">Hyde</a></u>!!!!Pull was definitely better than 545 was - this was good work and clean! Nice PR sir
Appreciate it Mark!AWESOME PR! I can't believe how you can manipulate your body composition! You look freaking fantastic!
You will do it if you keep working at it!Awesome buddy!! I hope to some day hit 500. A ways off yet but with inspiring pulls like your's I fighting for it!
Late to this one, what up Kleen!
That is awesome Chris...
No doubt!That's a pretty awesome experience !
Completely! That is a dream experience for sure!!
Thanks!nice bro
I was stoked!Very cool man
Yeah something I just had to do once I knew we were going to be in that area. We drove about an hour to get there even though we were staying 7 blocks from another beach.Truly a bucket list moment right there!!
Exactly, I was like Arnold, Lou, Frank Zane, Tom Platz, Lee Haney, Dave Draper, all of my old favorites have lifted there at some point! I have a few more pics I will toss up in a little bit too. I just need to upload them to share them.Amazing experience! Just think, some of the lifting greats used that same bench!
Was pretty awesome for sure!I'm jealous. ..muscle beach![]()
Welcome Kat!!!!Waaaaaaaaaaaaay late but here now!
Yeah I think they should be pretty nice. They all look like some sick runs.
go for it all! epi and trest alone is incredible but dmz on top... oh the fun!
Me too!....excited for this to unfold!
Love that workout buddy. When you thinking of starting that cycle? Gonna be epic!!
Waiting is for patient people!Great workout Chris... I agree, why wait!
Definitely consider the floor press if triceps suck, or heavy 3-board work after full range benching. I am at a point where anything I get 2/3 of the way up onto my triceps will instantly be rocketed to lockout. I need more long pause chest work now.
@Kleen, which version of DMZ you running. Guys check this guy out I found on YouTube: C3Muscle. He has begun a movement called RespectTheDepth. I was floored when I watched this video. I then went through all on his channel. He has incredible strength and squat depth with extremely heavy weight.
