Squats(went light, quads felt pretty good; I may be able to test my 1RM in 4 days)

Also I'm aware both OL and BLR are coming out with fat burners, I'd definitely look at both companies once their products are out.

bighulksmash bambam319 Did you guys feel like the stim effect slow down after a little bit or is it just best on an empty stomach?

You could definitely be building a bit of a tolerance to the DMAA. But yeah you'll definitely feel it faster on an empty stomach for obvious reasons
 
Thanks guys, I start taking it fasted mostly. What's consider fasted again, 4 hours after eating?

Not too sure on thee exact time range but when i start to feel hungry i take it around noon . My second bottle is en route to me ill be dosing 12 hrs apart 2x a day.

Stats Update: Day 46
Down to 161.3lbs or 73.2kgs

• So I just looked back and saw that I'm officially down 10lbs :D even though some of it is water weight I believe(hope lol)Ostarine help me jump start my fat loss alone with my diet.
 
Before I was educated on SARMs I took it 3 times without a pct but I was perfectly find on and off cycle. I've taken 25mg for 2 months, 20 for 2 months, and 30 for 1 month. I'll just be just using rebirth for Ostarine, never had a issue with it.

Awesome! I'm following your cycle. I'm doing Rebirth for PCT also and feeling great.
 
Now that I'm on PCT, I get to do your cycle by proxy! So I hope to make good gains by following your log. :laugh:
Look at his youtube channel, what impresses me most is his form on all exercises, besides the weights he moves at 165 lbs.

• I honestly don't know why or how my seated calve press is strong compared to how it use to be; I'm not complaining I'm just confused lol.

• Didn't take Lean EFX since it was a day off from the gym and work, it was so hard to hold myself back from eating the house but I may have eating a little above 1800 but still in a deficient for my body weight.

• I have some Letrone from another run that I found so I'll be upping that tomorrow to 2 caps, one in the morning and one post workout or later in the day.

I noticed I've been a little more emotional and small things are getting cut out of my memory. Should I get a fish oil supplement(assuming its due to not enough fats in my diet)? I have a good one in mind.

Fish oil is always a good idea! To improve focus and memory, a nootropic would be better suited, like Phenylpiracetam or Noopept.
