Hit a quick chest and tri session but I feel like I pulled my back. I couldn't situate myself on the bench. My back oblique is killing me. Time to rest!

Hoodie=Awesome Maybe you should consider a de load week. I'm on one right now and hate benching 100 pounds for 3 sets but it will help me in the long run.

Thank you!! Actually no I'm not. I resigned. It was just too much stress to maintain with a family/jobs. Just not worth it.

Happy New Years Everyone!!! Hope everyone had a great Holidays!! Took some time off from work for Holiday's and surgery. Carpal Tunnel went well, get stitches taking out this Thursday. The surgery was last Tuesday, three days alter I scratched my cornea lol and ended up with bronchitis!! Welcome 2016 lol!!!
 
Found an old pic (middle), lol and I had to compare. 6 years of butt progress. Although my weight has fluctuated a lot, I've grown to accept that the big girl that I am now is not the big girl I was 6 years ago. My body composition is a lot different and I am more muscular than before... Fcuk the scale!!! ???? ?

Did you guys hear any gun shots? It was so close to my window, I was afraid of getting shot. My nephew was with me, too, so I made sure to shield him just in case. People are so stupid!

Hopefully the people doing the shooting are intelligent enough to shoot into the ground. Around here they gave up on asking people not to shoot, I mean it is Texas! Instead they asked that if they must do it, to shoot into the ground so no one would get hurt by a stray bullet.

So you are keeping the weights light? I really can't see how this would be a problem for anyone's rotator if they are doing side raises within the scapular plane of movement. Too many people think you have to be "pinky up" ,& arms too far back in the shoulder cap and all of that detrimental nonsense to get the tension on the medial head when all you have to do is crunch your abs slightly so that the medial delt is on top and gravity takes care of the rest no matter if you are pinky or thumbs up. It should be done by training it in the proper angle and not by extreme internal rotation which is what causes problems with it.

I agree. Even my wife missed chicken over the holidays and she often complains that we eat too much chicken.

Nice looking workout! Logging workouts definitely is something I think everyone should do. You can very easily notice when you're making progress, and makes it easier to remember what you did last week ;)

Oh yeah I don't look on here, I log them in the notes on my phone and then share them here. Then when I'm doing that workout the following week, I look at my notes at what I did last time and go off that, trying to beat what I did before.
 
I learned something about myself tonight and it's that I don't know how to freaking FAIL!!! Yes, I may get sidetracked along the way but damn, I never stray too far. I'm not trying to knock anyone, it's simply me discovering my strength. I'm not trying to sound cocky either but I'm damn proud of myself.

I will reach the damn finish line in school, in the gym, and in LIFE!!! ?????

This guy dropped out of class on the last week of school. We had similar things going on with our lives. We had sick family members, ****ty work hours, doubled classes, and just whatever else. I'm not trying to knock him or anyone else but I do not know how to mentally fail. How do you just give up when you're so close? I may be crazy sometimes and sensitive but I'm an alpha as fcuk woman when I need to be.

Be happy, I have never gotten anything from Ross that didn't start coming apart after a few uses. They only get the irregular stuff that can not be sold to full price retailers due to not passing Quality Assurance requirements at the factory.
