Intermittent fasting started up today!!!!! And we're having pizza at work. Haha, I cant! I have to train in a few minutes and my sister will be making steak for me tonight. :D

Did you guys hear any gun shots? It was so close to my window, I was afraid of getting shot. My nephew was with me, too, so I made sure to shield him just in case. People are so stupid!

Just bought this. I know there's a lot of apps and I log my workouts on here sometimes but I think this would be more beneficial to my goals. It just doesn't have a nutrition part but I could use MFP for that. :)

Oh...I like that. I know I have all that info in our log somewhere, but having an easy reference like that would be nice. Hunting through our log for info can be annoying sometimes & my phone is almost full. So, storing it on my phone isn't an option anymore.

I just use excel on my phone to log all my workouts. Should be able to download it for free.

My phone won't let me download anything else. I need to move a sh1t load of pics to the cloud & to my computer. Most of them are of my son & I'm terrified to lose them. So, I make sure I have them in 2 places.

I think you'll really enjoy the book, too! :) I get pretty annoyed looking through my log as well. I want something accessible whenever I need it. I have a friend who has logged his workouts for over 20 years. He has tons of journals. :)
