The New Product Release Thread

Admittedly they're mine, a Trest cycle at 300 mg daily gone awry. Who knew Arimistane wouldn't be an effective AI against trest? But, they're so fancy, I'm keeping em...

are you naming them Caitlyn jenners?

I'm all out of Cinnamon Toast Crunch. Just picked up lucky charms and Frosted Flakes. I'll try that mix next.

Mixing cereal...I love it!!!

I have Capn Crunch sprinkled donut open.
Mix with French toast crunch or pumpkin Os?

Ouch bro. That pierces right down to the patriot in me.
It looks like I have a couple cereals to try in the near future, good thing I'm bulking.

I never tried any of those that Bob listed either.

You listed frosted mini wheat before. Look for the different flavored ones. They have blueberry strawberry and maple brown sugar. All are very good!

In supplement news, can someone tell e what a frosted churro is supposed to taste like?

Sounds amazing.

Frosted churro would be like a cinnamon sugar with icing/frosting.

You have never had any of those cereals or know what a churro is?
Did your parents shelter you your entire life ?
A churro is a fried-dough pastry mostly rolled in Cinnamon Sugar. a real long stick of cinnamon sugar basically. You can find them at fair's and theme parks as treats to buy

i think taco bell even sold them as a dessert

Never had those cereals. I know exactly what a churro is. I have never had a good authentic one though

I've been eating a kashi lean cereal lately. Made from sweet potatos. I figured it would taste like cardboard tbh, but I was surprised.

It's supposed to taste like every other cinnamon protein which carries a more whimsical name so that we the consumers can conjure up the illusion of heavy calorie food items magically condensed into 100 calorie form and proceed to imagine such an experience in the product.

inb4 but XF Cinnamon Roll did it brah...

I love churros. I thought Taco Bell had decent ones.

I'm a huge cereal fan. I have a bowl before bed almost every night. Maybe one in the afternoon too.

Look what Santa VaughnTrue brought to my door

Guys, the cinnamon thingy pales in comparison to a real churro. The good ones are the caramel filled and or chocolate coated ones.

You took the words right out of my mouth. I had this thought in my head last night, but could not properly word it. Personally, I think the market has been over saturated with protein powders for a long time and more companies continue to get into the market. If I was marketing a new protein, I would think how can I set my powder apart from the others? Many variables are going to be similar or the same, so I would make an "exotic" or different name for my flavor. In the end, the companies are going to start putting two, three or four flavor profiles followed by chocolate, and it is just going to be a chocolate protein. No different from your basic chocolate flavor.

When I review a protein powder, I will take the name of the flavor into consideration. If a protein flavor is supposed to be Chocolate Peanut Butter for example, and there is barely a hint of PB, I am going to be critical of it. Of course, everyone's taste buds are different so what may be a hint for me may be a lot for another. However, I think this is going to be an issue when it comes to flavoring and trying to stand out from the rest.
