I completely understand. I just want to fill out my loose skin as well. I have a friend who's very petite but got some DDDs. It looks good but that's all people notice about her. It's actually her 2nd set, she was a small A then went to a large C, and now the DDDs.



Off topic but oh man, I woke up starving and I ate tons last night. I wonder if my metabolism is working faster because of my new routine. I do feel a lot leaner but more hungry. I think I'll hit the gym this am before work. ?

I believe who ever you are man or woman, you need to do what makes you happy, do what you do for yourself and no one else.

I agree. I think even older people can fall into doing things becaus they are viewed more appealing by society's standards. The only opinions that really matter to me are mine & hubby's. If he really didn't want me to get them then I'd reconsider. He's really supportive though. As long as I'm happy, he's happy.

I'm torn! I'd like to have it done to fill things out better and not feel so flat...but I definitely don't want anything bigger than a C... Probably a small C.
 
Happy Friday! Go to sleep in today. Crazy thing I was down in weight after yesterday's feast! If I could eat chocolate pecan cheesecake everyday and loose weight I'd be game! Haha


Tried to get hubby to go with me to the gym....didn't work...I got there at 11 and the gym was PACKED!! I started warming up and managed to strain my front delt somehow. As I was walking out, I stopped to talk to a guy that had a prosthetic leg from the knee down...I had noticed him when I was training but decided to tell him how much of an inspiration it was to see him in there training! He told me that he had been in a bad auto accident...After we talked for a minute, he introduced himself and shook my hand...he had lost most of his hand as well!....Talk about realizing your many blessings! Wow! I am so grateful for all I have and often take for granted!

We are currently making the drive home. Hubby is driving, I'm playing on my phone, & the little one is eating/playing with a Quest bar.

Thank you!! He doesn't eat meat (his choice). So, I'm happy he really likes the Quest bars & most other protein bars.

Ha...not sure how healthy my eating was over the past 2 days. It was nice to not stress over it though. Time to get back on track though!

I love lower body days...especially deadlifts!! It's interesting to see everyone different preferences.

I hate deads the most and that's what's on the menu tomorrow. Actually, I hate training all together but my a**hole mind won't let me stop.
