Upper body power done....even though I felt really off today. I helped my Mom move all day yesterday. I logged 7 miles in steps & 80% of that was up & down stairs because she was moving from a 2nd floor & back into a 2nd floor. Workout is done....now back to more moving.

High volume chest session completed!

Managed to stay at the same numbers across the board and it's the first time I've done this specific workout in a month -- down nearly 15 lbs. from then and holding strong on strength!
 
Back and Bis day. First day back in a little over a week. Rough, but made it and now mentally back in the game.

Chest and tris complete, strength is still pretty good despite being on letro AND having had a little much to drink over the weekend for Halloween!

High volume back session in the books to wrap up my volume week and increased weight or reps on all lifts!

Carbed up last night with Defuse + Slintensity + NaRALA (garlic shrimp for dinner followed by 2 big bowls -- nearly the whole box LOL -- of Special K Protein Cinnamon Brown Sugar Crunch cereal with vanilla CarbMaster milk and raisins on top) and still down 1.2 lbs on the scale this morning looking nice and full :)

btw, this is one of my new jams and I highly recommend it -- gets me amped up!
