Leg day kicked fuggin ass!!! I was pretty surprised to say the least. I fuggin just owned it.

Front squat 10 X 5 ss body shortened leg curl 10 X 50 90 seconds rest

Bulgarian split squats 3 X 7 ss good mornings 3 X 7 90 seconds rest
 
Ok bar has been fuggin raised again, it's going to take a fuggin miracle for me to win this show!! Luckily that's what I am setting out to do!!! I am going to harder than I ever have in my entire fuggin life!!! Shyte's just hit the fuggin fan!! No fuggin mercy!!! Turns out we are the showcase for a multi-organizational show, this is going to attract some pretty heavy competition.

Shoulders today 30 seconds rest between cycles so it was pretty fuggin intense, I am up to it. It's like my training is reaching a new level, it's vicious.

Standing db press 10 x 6 ss
Seated lateral raise 10 x 6 ss
narrow grip pull ups 10 x 5

single arm bent over lateral raise 3 X 7 ss
prone lateral raise 3 X 7 ss
decline cable pullovers 3 X 7
 
Glad your training is going well, It is always a personal victory when you are done and you feel like you have accomplished something!! and yes she is!!

Ok yesterday chest and back, I was a tad off, it was really busy at the gym and my concentration was not there, I still worked my fuggin ass off but it didn't really click. I am fuggin brutal on myself now though.

Today whole different ball game on arms, I fuggin rocked, had the gym to myself and I screamed like a banshee. I beat myself up the best I could so I am satisfied with that. Plus this morning I had my granddaughters out at one of those Kids funparks., it was pretty tiring, they simply went ballistic. Kids having fun at an insane level.

6-5-5-2 all girls, I just had one of the fives and the two yesterday. The other 5 lives upstairs so I see her daily :) and the 6 year old I don't see as much as she is the daughter of one my sons older girl friends.
 
Color me shocked when I got on the scales and still weighed 220. This is a new experience for me, it's not necessarily bad news at all. There is nothing much more I can do at this point anyway.
 
Ok time to get rid of ground beef and add in fish instead and lowered my overall fat to 50-60.

So leg day went well, split squats give me more issues with balance than anything else.

10 sets of 5 body extended leg curl ss with 10 sets of 5 split squats on each leg 3 to 4 second negatives on both

3 sets of 7 good mornings ss 3 sets of 7 each leg step ups
 
I would fall over on those split squats........and yesterdays booty my be the Greatest of all Time !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there have been some good ones, I like the really thick girls but there's something to be said for perfect shape.
 
I have to admit I am not too pleased, even a little frustrated on how things are going. That doesn't make me slow down or want to quit, just makes me pissed so I work even harder.

I feel the same way. If the scale didn't move that week I just want to murder it the next. No stoping
