Yes she did!!! I had a feeling she would. She was angry (based on previously made comments by Correia) & ready to kick her ass. Ronda chose Rio on purpose...to embarrass Correia. I think getting KO'd after only 34 seconds counts!! Regardless of how people feel about her personally...she's a bad ass in her own right & I like her!!

Girl...there is no way I'd get dolled up for when we go. I'm doing good to wake up at 0430, chug pwo, & put clothes on. Plus, the only person typically in the gym with me is hubby. So...yeah!!!

Cut my calories back a ways, a couple of weeks ago, to get things moving! (Down 4lbs in 2 weeks! Yay) I think it's starting to effect my strength now. Not worried because I know it's only temporary though!

I did 85lbs for 10x10 last time on 7/13 so I bumped up to 95...failed on set 2- due to strength being low. So I dropped down to 90lbs.

Duolingo! I was trying to learn German but f that. Everyone speaks English anyways ha. And I'm lazy. Ha]
I started out with French but switched over to Spanish. Lol, it's a bit easier and addicting! :D

Good morning! Man, am I feeling that workout from yesterday!! Feels like someone beat my chest with a meat mallet! Hahaha

Today was arm day! Took a few mins to warm up and stretch out then got rolling! Hubby said he was going to go with me at 5am but when the alarm went off at 4:30, he didn't feel the same way! Lol I told him he could sleep until 7 and then I'd wake him up to go!...it was a fight but I think he's heading there now! :fingers crossed:

I'm the exact opposite. It has to be dark & quiet for me to sleep. Having sex regularly probably helps too!! :)-

Not for anyone who actually does real conditioning work. The battle ropes and medicine ball throws had to be brutal. They take so much out of you because you put everything into each rep or rope slam.
