Sorry it's taken so long to post! Ran late getting to the gym, leaving, and getting to work so it's been a busy morning! Summer is our busiest time so we had extra stuff scheduled today!
Workout this morning was great! Got my new bands in yesterday! Just in time for today's workout! I figured the small black and mini red band would equal just a little less than the purple band. Tried that first and realized I could do without the red band! Super excited!! Hopefully, real soon, I'll be able to just use the mini red band and then nothing after that!! Goal was 41X0 tempo but looking back- I think I rushed them a bit!
