I always shake my head when I hear people drink shakes with 4-6 oz of water.
It it doesn't taste good with at least 16oz water = Fail IMO ... Don't care what type of protein (pure isolate, blend, etc) lol
I just like the consistency with 4-6 oz of water. I feel like I'm having a tasty dessert after working out. It's delicious either way.
