Gains and Recovery with MST

Still waiting on gym, can't use my card to pay. Not sure of any other gyms around here that allow freebies, hit all of them already. Interesting note on the side, I don't usually get on facebook, but I did today to wish a good friend of mine a happy birthday and while doing so found some 18-19year old bodybuilder with what seemed to be a distended stomach.. I knew this kid in high school and everyone made jokes that he was on the juice, but not sure it was all jokes now lol

Updates coming. Finally found a job, new gym, and somewhat peace? Been a rough month, had a family medical issue and exams. Everything has somewhat cooled down.

Did hit up the gym today and strength has significantly dropped. Just messed around a bit with the weights to see where my strength was so didn't really log it. Weighing 160lbs. Going to put on some weight and try to cut back on any fat I gained.

Thank you gentlemen it is good to be back! Got everything worked out now and my body is ready for the gains. Took a month to lose my gains so expect a month to get them back, gonna use xgels alongside proper dieting to get myself back faster. Thinking of a mild ph stack in June/July will post a pic of my stash later for opinions on stack

Still feeling out the weights a bit, strength is rough at the moment, but still pushing through. Missed a few reps on the last sets.
 
Rest day, been upping the calories each day until I get to 3k. Currently at 2.5k. A bit sore and got that gym beginning flu but that will go away with time

Almost done with my milk got a lil bit more and will be done. Need to get some lactase pills to help my stomach out, but overall it is alright
 
Luckily my tolerance is better for dairy than I previously thought! Thank god! First day down and was bloated but wasn't like overly bloated that it was uncomfortable .
 
If I drank a gallon of milk I think I would Explode !!
 
The 1st day was fine, but the second day was ruff. Hah guess that saying makes sense now. Going to feel that in the morning. Probably should of eased into it. I can easily drink a half of a gallon so gonna do that for a few days and try for gallon once again
