Gains and Recovery with MST

Thanks guys, the girls at my work have said I'm looking bigger and asked if I'm on juice lol. Guessing it might be because I'm not depleted any more

Probably wouldn't mind so much, as everyone at my work actually lifts. So the girls will come to me and say how much they bench, squated, deadlift, or whatever if they beat a pr. Also the thing with girls is that they want big butts so occasionally they will say how much bigger it has gotten and I'm just like okay..
 
Hope you're feeling better man! Word of advice where it comes to clen, you definitely need to supplement with high doses of electrolytes!! I gave it a couple runs years ago and used to use a product called Poseiden from Nimbus Nutrition alongside it. Was a staple of mine. It's not around anymore but MST has something very similar called Athlytes. It's what I use now before any endurance work / heavy sweating / etc. It really helps to keep me hydrated and prevents cramping, etc.

I'd be intrigued on some recipes and thanks. Been feeling better each passing day, hope to be back to 100% tomorrow, as to hit the gym refreshed
 
Thanks guys, it was like being an alien in there. Muscles don't fire off like how they did before, so slowly will add on the intensity until next week where I will start up the routine again

Alive and kicking. Been fixing up the diet the past few days and readjusting my routine. Going to being running 5/3/1 Periodization bible version, expect tweaking out deadlift in it and replacing with Coan routine.

It's all good. I'm in college and for the most part my parents pay for a majority of my stuff, that is if I stay in college lol once I'm out I'm on my own. But thanks I'm going to be looking
 
Time to find a hardcore powerlifting gym!
 
Was going to hit up the gym today but both gyms I went to were either crossfit or the staff wasn't there, so today might not be the day for me lol

Do they have an area dedicated to powerlifting? Still might be worth checking out, unless the price is prohibitive.

This^ Many great powerlifters train at boxes. At least they have good barbells and racks and some people who know how to squat and pull.
 
I looked in the faculty and they don't have benches so typical crossfit I figure

Yea that sucks man. The box I go to has a dedicated strength room with a lot of racks and a few benches. But there are so many of them popping up, it's really hit or miss.

So far my favorite gym around here is the around the clock, because it is very close to my house, it is a huge faculty with a wide arrange of equipment, sauna, 24/7 open. Only down side is that there is "aesthetic" crews in every corner of this place lol. I only went in a few times on a free pass, but no real big dudes here or strong ones

Nice session. How do you like the product so far? Hows the recovery been ?
It was meh, sluggish and the gym I went to was shady haha. It has been good so far, taste is great, and easy calories. I've been having issues eating recently, so this helps a lot. Only issue I had was I mixed old milk with it and almost puked. Recovery is great, though I do have more rest time now so it is a flip of a coin.
 
Where in FL? I am located in FL and there are tons of pl'ing gyms. I do know some areas are a little sparse, but I might be able to help.
