Having a great time and been hitting PRs well left and right just before getting down I finally hit 220.4!!! This stuffs going great, recovery is sick and I mean SICK!

Vascularity and pump factor are not only through the roof, it stays on point for hours later, not one or two but well into that 5-6 window.

The TD has a bit of a scent associated with it but I don't think it's bad. Just something you notice as time goes by.

Keeping with the 2 caps of EP1C PWO and 1/2 pump TD after shower at night.

Agree with the scent on the TD but get use to it after awhile.

Current thoughts!

EP1C Unleashed definitely has given me huge endurance boosts and capabilities! My recovery window has shortened quite dramatically and im still holding 220 effortlessly. I will note my insatiable hunger seems to be growing quite a bit but its been a week after I dropped my cals down to 3280, from 3400ish. Strength is still there and ATM no nagging pains. Vascularity at application sites are very evident to my eyes and improved vascualrity in the surrounding areas make me smile often. Took a break off of Target AT2 and soon Alphamine-I think lol. Alphamine has only been taken after 3 hrs being at work. Gives me a great morning boost of energy.

CONQU3R DGE is still pumping out PRs left and right and seriously what PWO works this well for so long. I mean the pumps, focus and strength I feel from month to month is astounding. Like all things its time for me to take a break from it and Ive used it from stim-nonstim, and I dont know how im going to make it lol.

DermaStrength is the bees knees! Recovery from this product is my greatest testament to it and it + regular BCAAs makes me feel like Im complete and not missing anything. Def. worth a try!

Glad to have ya in lol. Ive been slacking a bit but works all figured out so I can get back on to my updates! I got lucky the gym was so dead and running around getting out to the track all less than 2 hrs :) I loved it!
 
what are Kayak rows..? nice workouts :)

Similar movement to a cable pull down except you pull the handle to the side of your hip and add a squeeze to your lats. Great pumps and one of the few pulls I can do and feel a complete contraction down my back
 
Everything is getting. Better and my endurance has grown quite a bit from the start. Up to 1.5-2 miles 2 days a week and recovery is swell. Hips and quads don't take as much of a beating and holding 220 rather well without going under 3200cals. No I miss that mark atleast twice a week but life's just that way sometimes.

New Alphamine flavors are ridiculous and glad for a change up there. Margarita is def the best and extremely true to the idea.

Hit shoulders today and needed volume more than anything so kept everything at 4x10

Great day outside so I went for some 110s, 40s, and bleachers. Great damn day, pumps are still present, recovery is beyond what I could have hoped for and I feel like the whole days left!

Squat depth has gotten a lot better since I started losing weight. I will find a way to break parallel eventually.

As far as size I don't think I've lost a step. Strength is mildly down but endurance has only gotten better so overall I couldn't be happier and am going to press the peddle a little harder this month
