30lbs? Piece of cake. A little diet change and some rightly timed cardio will take care of that.

Cardio and how much should be the amount you need to reach your goals. What I do is I plan my diet so I will be successful whether I do cardio or not. Then I will add in what I need based on what I see. I actually will make diet adjustments before I add cardio it depends on how low I am already. Cardio can be a double edged sword but the right amount can be very beneficial.
 
Thank you so much, everyone. I love you dirty Dan!! ??? I still have to figure a few things out. Should I nix the gym? Should I continue the double on Muay Thai? I have a really good diet plan that I will be going back to. I am a bit overwhelmed and exhausted. Oh and my fight date is June 6th. ?
