It is just intensifying that never full feeling and driving me to think about food more. It is consistent with how i feel every time i get below 8ish % this time im not even there yet and its worse.

I know it is epitome because i was off all supps except -epi for 6 weeks and this and ergonine are the only two supps bar alphamine some mornings that ive added back in.
Do you have access to Glucosamine?
 
I am as well, but there's other potential factors at play with my increased hunger.

Yeah, I know I've posted this before but appetite suppression is a weird thing. We have some people who appetite is killing and some like me who aren't seeing that, but don't take much to achieve satiety. Then we have some it doesn't seem to be having either effect.

I believe appetite is something with multiple factors at play which explains why so many supplement users are all over the place in feedback with appetite. I know lots of people talk about norcodrene's effect on appetite, but two bottles for me and it did nothing. Dexaprine V1 eradicated appetite, but V2 and V3 didn't touch it (despite having some similar ingredients).

Essentially I believe a lot of things come into play in regards to appetite and even individual factors from user to user may have effects. I don't think it is likely we will see one supplement anytime soon that torches appetite for every user.
 
Glucosamine is the overly simplistic, most basic way to simulate carb intake thus increasing leptin expression.

The body "knows" per gram of carbohydrate how much Glucosamine end product it ends up with and gages leptin production based on that.

Taking Glucosamine tricks your body into thinking you ate a ton more carbs than you actually are.

Hey NOADDED, Ergonine may be to blame for the appetite increase. Mine shot up as well 3 days after starting Ergonine. When asking one of the reps, the ferulic or TMG could be to blame. Maybe try dropping the ergonine and seeing if that helps

Thanks for that, please forgive my last comment. I was speaking in relation to joint support ive actually never looked more into glucosamine.

Good thinking. I must have skimmed him taking that. TMG can definitely increase appetite.

Ive taken every ingredient in ergonine previously and my appetite has never changed. Unless you know of cross ingredient interaction between the ingredients I am still discounting it.

On top of that i drink my ergonine first thing in the morning most of the time, hours before dosing epitome and i have no issues with appetite or need to eat during this period.

You've taken ferulic acid before? What did you notice from it? That is something I have not tried before. Interesting compound. I have some ergonine, but have held off on starting it as I run some other stuff.

What dosage did you run and for how long? I need to study that compound more.

Very interesting. This sounds great for anyone for carb cycles and has a low carb diet.

Any particular dose and time to take?
 
Ahh, I didn't run Sleephoria because I don't have sleep issues ever. I thought you may have ran it solo.

Whether you have sleep issues or not i have previously found it to be mighty beneficial for waking up completely refreshed and clear headed, especially with chronic usage.
 
So far I'm losing fat all over. Weight down a bit but much better in the mirror. Going through a lot of stress right now and switched to a 4-6 hour eating window but I haven't seen these results since epitome. I'm about to take the belt down another notch which is impressive after 3 weeks. I say 2 more and its done. I want to try this with rebirth.
 
The leaner you are the higher dose you want, broken up into 2-3 doses.

A good guideline would be 2-3 grams a day.
 
I wouldn't take it at anything higher than 11-12%

Surprised it's not in the formula if it's so beneficial, it's cheap
It's counter productive at higher body fat levels, which is the main product appeal for most of the population.

The doses you mentioned should it be only when low carb and before meals
When using basic I took it between meals. Mass, on the other hand....

Right i will continue with epitome and add in 3g glucosamine, found a big bottle the old man brought in the cupboard. If i workout late evenings or early mornings can you give me a custom dosing scheme?

Make sure you get a good dose in about 2-3 hours before your appetite and cravings normally kick in.

Are you referring to Epitome? I still haven't figured out why sometimes I take epitome and my appetite is destroyed, and sometimes it's fine.
 
My wife was just prescribed metformin for PCOS, is there any contraindications with Epitome? Also, any reason she should stop taking Slintensity or Defuse for cheat meals?

no, she should be good all around, but watch the timing on the Met and the Slintensity.
 
How would you recommend timing that then? Slintensity and defuse 30 minutes before and metformin an hour after?

That's a good starting recommendation...just have her keep an eye on blood sugar, faintness, etc.

Did you ever post your before/after pictures in this thread? I couldn't remember. You took a pic about two weeks ago and the amount of leanness was crazy from where you started.
