I thought it was hilarious. :35:
That says a number of things about you. Interesting the prevailing mindset...
Yeah. That old tired explanation...dont be so sensitive it was only a joke. Could have made up any joke. Just had to pick one which laughs at another race. Im on this site for bodybuilding/supplement talk. Not stupid, racist jokes. I dont think Asian members find it a tiny bit funny and its a tasteless joke at best

I'm Caucasian with a little white dick. The bitch wants it, she can get it. Now let's stop being butt hurt, and move on.
I love how one comment about penis size rustled just about every one here.
Dont force me to slam my dick in the table! Thats how earthquakes are made!!!

Yeah god forbid the opinions of people on an online forum are negative about me...oh wait. That literally does not matter whatsoever.
Exciting news in hereIs the CEL site also being re-done?
On another note, good to see CEL back. Thought they were done and just selling through remaining stock of cycle assist.
I'd like to see some new transdermals and stuff
LOL. This thread just got even better. Epicatechin threads (not just the compound) never fail to make someone very angry. Epirage might be a new thing.
Here is a little teaser about Olympus Labs new and improved Ep1c Unleashed!!

"Olympus Labs ...are confidently saying the new supplement “will alleviate the bioavailability issues of epicatechin” Hmmm
Danes was completely on point.

Not only saying but we will be showing and unfolding what this new product is capable of starting as early as this week.

Absorption is no issue with Epicatechin but bioavaiability need a boost. Simple as Ascorbic acid could do a job. Not to mention grape fruit extract etc
Will be very interesting to see what OL has used to enhance bioavaibility!
I am not asslicking OL but I personaly believe they did a homework on this one![]()

It ain't the size of your pencil, it's how you write your name

Like we say here in norway:It's not the size of the nail, it's how hard you hammer it in.
How much of ascorbic acid would you need? Is there enough in a multivit (orange triad) and if so would it be more cost effective to 'stack' with version 1.0 EPis which are likely to come down in price?
Also do you still think TD is the most effective delivery mechanism for increasing bioavailability? I don't believe the new OL EPI will be a TD but correct me if I'm wrong.
OL- when the new EPIC is unleashed I'd love to learn how much more EPI will be bioavailable versus the current product

Ep1c unleashed will be available in both TD and oral.. :fing02:
500mg og Ascorbic A Would be enough but would not hurt more actually.
Using OG Ep1c with such as grape fruit extract or simple as ascorbic acid would make it better.
But I believe new Ep1c will contain everything you need to take Epicatechin to a new level
Personaly, I really see no point making TD version of EPI. That will actually not be any better.

whats your thoughts on an 8 hours release via TD vs much faster oral?

Can't wait for the new OL formula![]()
oh really? i didnt know they were coming out with a new formula?
should be in a week or 2... Just waiting on labels
If its gonna be released in 2 weeks can we known whats in it now? Or get a write up on it? Or at least explain how you guys increased the bioavailability?
GSE ,C-Vitamin and xylitol are just one of few that can enhance the delivery and bioavailability of catechins.(Effective on intestinal cell transport, implying the inhibition of the efflux transport mechanism). The pharmacokinetics of epicatechin have been fairly well studied. There appears to be two major obstacles of bioavailability which are pretty much the same as most flavonoid compounds; limited intestinal transport and extensive presystemic metabolism. Although components grape fruit juice can inhibit the intestinal efflux transporter of epicatechin- it does not appear to have significant bearing on bioavailability. Presystemic metabolism appears to be chiefly mediated by sulfotransferase (1A1) in humans which is largely expressed in the liver. So theoretically co-administration of a compound with greater affinity for this enzyme should result higher concentration reaching the blood. I know of a few compounds that have high affinity for this enzyme at low concentrations- however they have not been specifically tested on the metabolism of flavonoids.
