Didn't brundle say that in epicatechins is unstable in any sort of carrier that will increase the absorption?? has something changed that I'm not aware of? Sorry I'm a little behind on the second gen epi products.

There is no problem with oral epicatechin actualy. Absorption is no issue at all.
The only important things are:
-good dose
-good quality

Ya that was kinda what i thought. So I'm not sure whats up with TD epi. Especially if its unstable in TD like brundle said

This is the tenor I pick up from threads. For example mentions of and recommendations for EPI are relatively low in threads about the best natty anabolics. I have used one EPI product but afraid I can't enthusiastically attest to this so far but I like to keep an open mind.

Happy to stand corrected if you have access to sales figures which indicate sales are still at a high point. New products are coming out partially because some companies detect repricing opportunities. It remains to be seen whether current products can retain their prices in the face of this competition. It's also interesting some companies are already planning on relaunching/reformulating these relatively novel products. Why if their current products are so good are they willing to cannibalise sales?

I have no skin in the game so I feel free to relay my personal opinions and experiences in my relentless and quixotic quest for the holy grail of natty supplements. I appreciate your stance if you have a different opinion but that's what diversity is about

Catechins (EC, ECG, EGC, and EGCG) are relatively high molecular weight compounds .They have low bioavailability due to their large size.

The biggest issue for Epicatechin is the bioavaiability.
Lets say you take 1g of pure Epicatechin. Even if absorption is 100% good, it does not mean that will work. If bioavaiability is 2% then body will just absorb 2% of 1g. And its just 20mg.

TD is trying to help the bioavaiability.

Ya but if its above a certain molecular weight it becomes to heavy to be absorbed through TD.
 
I've tried ep1c and follidrone and both yielded the same results. Got some magitropin to run dat ish when I stop dying lol

Don't work for the company at all. Just trying to throw another competitor into the mix that isn't just capped epi.

I like it better than myosynergy. Haven't used any others.

Laxogenin is a tricky ingredient and I bet my 8===D, no companies have the right amount of it in the caps.

Yup the only stuff I like to use is PA granules as of late,maybe some ArA.

The stuff that really had great effect on my body is:
-Ecdysteroids (high doses from a good source)
-PA
-ArA
-HMB FA (yes actually it works. Recovery was amazing when overreaching).

Ofcourse did nitrates;creatine, citrulline and some other stuff have effect on my training but not like those I mentioned first

Indeed. Kno3 is ****ing awesome! And like 10$ for a lot of it!
 
I like eating a PN and 250mg of agmatine spaced throughout the day. Helps BP and just typing on the keyboard, I walk around with forearm roadmaps all day. Feels good.

Ecdysteroids & HMB FA i haven't really tried. What good source was this? I'm willing to give it a try.

HMB FA is effective but the best effect is seen when overreaching. Where protein/muscle breakdown is highest.
Thats why HMB / HMB FA had a amazing effect on cancer patients..(preventing atrophy).

What rules though? I'm not aware its illegal to name good sources around here. Thx for the pm, I'll check it out! If you get banned for naming sources I'm protesting

LOL! I did just find out how monopolized this board is. Most of the popular products here are pushed by reps. Hands down though ara & follidrone are my two favorite natty supp around here.

What people write on a forum and what happening in reality should be segregated. Seen no actual reason as to why it wasn't stable from brundel.

NP isn't exclusive to AM, you can mention any of the sponsored retailers, at least...and believe you can mention any legal supp to discuss it...unless they there are some other parameters I'm not aware of...

AM has a lot of store sponsors; Orbit, Nutraplanet, strong etc.

All boards favor different brands as well.

There are many threads about it but I will be short:
PA is phosphatidic acid. (A phospholipid). There are studies showing soy derrived PA is activating mTOR (meaning more muscle protein synthesis and hypertrophy).that means more gains.
Soy lecithin granules are good source of PA and other beneficial phospholipids. Its cheap and works much better than concentrated PA products because soy granules lets you get bigger doses of PA easier.(not to mention there is Phosphatidyl Serine in it which act like PA activating mTOR enzyme).
Anabolic product

HMB/HMB- FA is a metabolite of Leucine which can prevent muscle/protein breakdown. More you workout(frequency). Bigger chance for protein/muscle breakdown.this product is if you are overreaching so it holds you in a anti-catabolic state.
