Year-round supplements you trust

Driven2lift

Legend
We see a lot of threads asking for what supplements or "staples" we take and get the same responses so what I want to see is

What exact products or brands do you trust for these supplements taken as staples?

If you are taking them daily you should be sure you trust the quality.

My daily stack:

For bulk ingredients I add to suit my current goals I usually add use Analyzed Supplements and SNS

SNS for bulk, AS as well.

Geronova Na-R-ALA

Controlled Labs, PES, and Myokem, not surprisingly as I know how the manufacturing works and know how much of a hawk our owner is on them lol. working in the industry has really opened my eyes a bit

Besides my myokem products, i take animal pak and omega pak daily, and of course PES select

I love select and also MTS whey. Marc Lobliner seems the have his stuff together and be trustworthy

That's true, before Select all I use to have was MTS taste is spot on or metabolicnutritionals PB cookie.

Daily, I take

Performax Labs CreMax
NOW C-1000
Oxi-omega
Orange Triad
NOW Vit D 5,000 iu
A gut product, whatever I have on hand

I do not consume protein powder daily, so that is excluded.

In case we don't know about ergonine

Lol because I rep now I can't ask questions?
I speak up for every brand I like and always have, look through past staple threads and I always stand up for unassociated companies.
On top of this I am in no way pushing a product here, or even suggesting any product at all, just asking what people use & support.

Anyways.

not anytime soon as far as i know lol, but who knows, Myokemist is crazy

Sign me up to review if it ever happens, hell I could even log a protein lol new recipe every day ;)

try again

?

I am probably the least confrontational person you will ever meet,
if you genuinely think this thread is in poor taste i will ask for it to be deleted as that is not my intention at all.

No I just think their is a lot of threads like this already, I have nothing against you, I just feel I'm on a PES/Athletix forum most of the time

Definitely a big fan base for them here, I understand.

maybe 1/4 of my stash is PES/Athletix just as an fyi

after a lot of research and respected user reviews on this forum, and other sites, PES/ATHLETIX are definitely proven quality products.

Lol this thread is so derailed i think i will just ask for it to be deleted regardless

^ hint to any mods lurking around, this party is over ;)

Let's try and get things back on track...

1. Multi - Thorne Basic Nutrients 2/Day
2. Now Foods Curcubrain
3. Nutrigold Bacopa
4. Now Foods Magnesium Biglycinate
5. Protein - PES Select or Optimum Nutrition

I use
Controlled labs-Orange Triad, Orange Oximega
Athletix-Ergonine
NOW-Hawthorne Berry
Bodybuilding.com-Green Tea Extract

Most of my products I cycle are from PES.

I dont consider any supplement a staple unless it is singular vitamins. The rest I can give or take.

The two I frequently use though are:

Focus XT or ALCAR
Cissus XT

And thats about it. Its mostly due to forgetfulness that I dont use more lol.

Want in on E9 but shipping is too much for me

Its 0.99 domestic and 20 flat international pretty good

Which singular vitamins?
I'm usually adding in some D3 and magnesium

Besides myokem, PES high volume and select, and athletix ergonine

Yup. Pantethine does wonders for cholesterol management. Good for detoxification at the liver as well. I see people ask what is good for cholesterol management all the time and it bewilders me why Pantethine is pretty much never mentioned. It's inexpensive people and highly effective.

Thanks for the Pantethine heads up cause I have a friend who has some cholesterol issues which is hereditary in his
family and even though he trains hard and eats right sometimes his numbers go a little on the whack so I'll let him
know about this supplement.

Gonna throw these out there since I use them regularly and consider them staples in my supplement arsenal:

1. Aegis - liver support
2. Antaeus Modular Series: Ultra CoQ10
3. Multi Vit pack (either Myogenix, or Allmax)
4. Cyto-Greens
5. Achilles - joint support (as needed)
