Here you go ben:

2 Whole Eggs
10oz Cream Cheese
6oz Greek Yogurt
Dash Vanilla Extract
Dash Almond Milk

^^ All your wet

1.5 Scoop Blondie
1/4 Cup Splenda/Stevia
Dash Salt

pretty straight forward bud

Cook at 300 for 30 minutes then 200 for 50 minutes
I used parchment paper (wax paper) helps to take off once its finished cooking. I would spray the springform pan (or use a pyrex dish) . Springforms will be superior.

Add eggs in last.

beat cream cheese, then add Yogurt + Vanilla Extract, Add Dry, then beat together
add eggs 1 at a time (low speed)

So So Simple and easy man. You will love this.
Just gotta let it cool for a long time.

If you give it a shot let me know what you think. I wanted to keep this recipe basic and not add teh SF/FF Pudding (i know you cant get it) or any other flavorings/ingredients to see the true flavor of blondie. I will slice into this and eat half of it tomorrow and report back.

Ben, give this approach a try if you want. You can "shake" the ice cream until it reaches your desired consistency. I'd recommend breaking up corners of the ice cream bag as you go (where it starts to freeze first) to keep the texture consistent throughout.

I've mastered the art of protein ice cream making over the years lol. I think I'll test my skills this weekend with blondie, but want to pick up some WF caramel and choc syrup first.

I'm about to finish my 2nd bottle which is almost 8 weeks? Vascularity has never been the same. I was overweight and it's been hard to notice the veins. Now, you can literally see them again. I run it with Norcodrene and Analyzed Forskolin.

However, not seeing so much fat loss on adipose tissue? Or it might be me. I lost around 2 inches on my waist on the 1st 2 weeks. And then plateaud from there. Can't really do much HIIT since I'm on ephedrine as well.

An increase in vascularity usually means a decrease in body fat from my experience and others.

And 2 inches off your waist? I would call that a success.

I do HIIT just fine on EC... U may be ok to do it just start slow... It'll actually make your heart healthier in the long term

Awesome stack. That's one of my most recommended combos for fat loss. You are hitting lipolysis through numerous pathways.

I would consider myself natty but genetically gifted.
