Maybe he's skinny and tall as hell for 10yo. He is EXTREMELY smart and is good with technical stuff. He doesn't like football or sports really. So I just support him in what he likes. Kids a total brainiac tho and will probably be making more than me and his mom lol. He actually got really good at chess. I'm decent and am mentally capable of thinking 3 moves ahead but he can whoop my azz now lol.

Eh, that's how I was. Taller than everyone til about that age, hated sports, very intellectual. My mom always said it was because she read to me every day practically from birth lol. I didn't get into lifting until I was 18 or so and was putting on that freshman 15.... here we are, 6 years & a quarter of my life later.
 
Yep totally just lost my **** on some old guy in the locker room. He talked to me the other day when I was lifting and kind of gave me the creeps like he's a closet homo. So today I hit back and was in the locker room after gunna shower and stuff. I'm standing there naked wrapping a towel around me. This same FUKIN guy walks in, is like "hey dave! Runs over and try's to shake my hand". I lost it "get the fuk away! Im butt naked and you want to touch me you old f@ggot?" He was like Uuuuhhhh.... I was just trying to say hi. I told him wrong time and place and to get lost. Aaahhh I'm pissed. Fuk that old saggy balled, closet homo, crayon eating, pillow biting, sperm bucket! I hate old people sometimes. No fuking boundaries or decency.

THAT WAS THIS GUY A FEW DAYS AGO!!! It was leg day and he complimented me on my "thighs" and asked a few questions and told me I was massive and other weird ****. My girl came up and did her set and he paid her no attention.. That's when I knew he was prolly a homo. Every dude in the gym stares at her squatting. Soooo fuking creepy man. I could feel him watching while I lifted but I didn't pay much attention or gave it much thought. People stare it's normal but after the locker room incident now I hate that liver spotted fuk.

He even asked if I used steroids or other bodybuilders do. I told him to assume that I do is discrediting to my hard work and time invested. I told him to look around the gym and point out one other person who is out working me.. Nobody so it's assumed I'm on steroids?

That's my politician answer lol. Never say yes or no but turn it back at them hahaha

So had a girl come back from bootcamp after she graduated. She was watching my buddies house while he was out. Well some ****in tard decides to break in the house. She was in a back room and he was in the kitchen. She walked into the bedroom and grabbed a .38 revolver and walked all casually into the kitchen. The guy looked up and she had a gun in his face. She was like "wtf are you doing?" He instantly started crying and sobbing. He asked "is that a real gun?" She cocked the hammer and said "yep, I'm gunna shoot your d'ck off" HERES THE BEST PART! This sh*t hook FUKIN pissed his pants in front of her and started sobbing harder!!! She called him a delinquent (he then asked what that was lol) and said if she ever sees him again she will kill him. This fuker turned around and smashed his face on the door frame running away.

Haha exactly! I got a sawed off mossberg 12ga home defense shotgun with a extended tube. The first round is rocksalt and then 6 rounds of 00 buck. I'm gunna hit them with salt, make wish they were dead then give them their wish.


In all reality. If someone broke in I would be too pissed to actually use a gun. They would hear a growl of anger, look up and see big ole 230 lb Dave charging their azz with a shotgun held like a baseball bat. I'm more of a hands on kinda guy :) the cops would show up to me covered in blood and some poor would be burglar dead with his body beat to mush (if they didn't pass out in fear seeing me rush them). That's more realistic.

In NC which is a castle law state, if someone is breaking in you have the right to kill them. My buddies wife woke him up when she heard a noise. He walked into the living room with a pistol to find a guy crawling through the window. He shot that dudes face off and killed him from 3ft away. He said the guys head popped like a grape from the 45 ACP hollow point round. That's why you don't fuk with a Marines house. No mercy

There are lots of arguments going on in my state about burglars being killed. I think that is a risk you take when you choose that as your "profession". You get shot robbing a house, tough luck you probably shouldn't have tried to rob a house. Lol

That's my opinion. This is America we have the 2nd amendment. If you chose to break into someone's home they can chose to kill you. You don't like it get a real job.

I carry concealed and open. I exercise my right and every gun in my house is loaded. I chose to be armed and ready to make someone dead if my life or families is threatened in my opinion. I will let a judge decide if it's justified. 9/10 times it will be.

Hey man I have a question, I'm getting close to PCT and am wondering on how to go about my training. The whole cycle I've been doing mostly high rep work, and my plan was to switch to lower reps and as heavy as I could go for PCT. Do you think this is a good idea, and do you have any reccomendations on a split or program? I have had sciatic nerve problems for a while so I haven't done squats in forever or regular deadlifts. I've been doing leg press, hack slides, and stiff legged/romanian deadlifts.

Yeah, that's not always the case though. My ex wife is a former Marine and she's anything but tough. Especially since transferring to the army.

Personally, I'm of the camp that you stick to what you were doing to build the muscle in order to keep it. Different lifting styles build different fibers (slightly) differently so, to me, it only makes sense to ensure that you stimulate the new fibers in the same manner used to create them. The ability to make new gainz is obviously less during pct so it's all about maintenance of what you have. Changing styles would mean focusing on a different stimulus and therefore your body would see that as a reason to not keep some of the muscle fibers it just built. Just my take on it.

The most amazing thing was it was with the founder of the company I'm a partner in. The trip didn't cost me a dollar either. Winning!!

Life is great. Truly blessed.
