as much as i love recompadrol, gda's ect i really don't see how they would actually prevent or magically block calories. i mean what % of difference would they make if your taking in over 200+ grams of fat + upper 800g of carbs and unknown protein, your still screwed lol and doubt any supplement is going to change that, maybe for a 500-1000 surplus "cheat" they would help mitigate slightly but even then lol, i feel like planned refeeds are far better anyway and have positive effects, the notion of “cheating” is absurd. categorizing foods as “clean” or “cheats” you keep on developing that poor relationship with your diet.
I think it effects peoples mentality in that they think with a GDA they can eat more, but that does no favours.
Assuming they maintained the same diet with a GDA it should help. Some GDA ingredients will entirely block some complex carbs from breaking down (eg. High-dosed GC) but EBF Inc can explain better, or dsade
Biggest Cheats....

I just dump 2 scoops in my mouth and swish around some water. It's not bad. A far cry from uncapped RPM if anyone ever tried that!
Aside from ALA and N-R-ALA, I got some of my best results from two ingredients that have largely fallen out of favor over the years : Cinnulin PF and D-Pinitol. I never see D-Pinitol in anything any more, but I felt like it was one of the most effective I have used. This was probably 5-6 years ago the last time that I used these, though.
Only GDA I've ever used is Recompadrol. Been using it for years only on cheat meals, so 2-3 times per month
I grabbed three bottles, I only plan on dosing training days at 10g of carbs, 2 caps...train 3 days a week
I meant 100g carbs... 4 caps? so consume upwards to 200g carbs?
My vote for Recompadrol. EBF, does the aminoguanidine in the Recompadrol have a blood "thinning" effect or is it more of a cleaning out?

sns glycophase, cheap but effective
agmatine compliments rexompadrol beautifullyi do regular 300mgs ala (so roughly 150mgs r-ala) and 500mgs-1000mgs agmatine depending on the size of the meal.
will you be taking all those before meals?Bout to cycle off my GDAs and will be going with Agmatine + Na-RALA + ALCAR for a while.
will you be taking all those before meals?
Recompadrol is my #1 in terms of potency
But I used to use that combo once a day in the mornings before a heavy carb meal. Great stuff.will you be taking all those before meals?
will you be taking all those before meals?
Question guys. I understand not needing a GDA post work regarding eating afterwards but say I workout then eat a meal then 4 hours later eat again, Would it then be beneficial to use a GDA for the second meal?

R-ala vs na-r-ala, what dosage would you recommend for the former prior to carb heavy meal?
