the heavy cycling has begin.

Well I hadn't planned on the Tren until about 8-10 weeks out, but starting it early. The last 8-10 weeks will be Tren and Winni. And mast the last 6 weeks. Planned on EQ but short on $.

I also started t3 yesterday I have about a week left of my gw50156 so I wanted to have the t3 working in my system since gw has to be cycled off I want to be sure I have it for last 8 weeks
 
I need to look into the gw. I've never researched many peptides.
 
Not much time today I got in about 20 quick sets on tricep push downs with 3 different bars wentry till I couldn't get good for with 40lbs. Worked up to 110 for sets of 15. Only 45 to 70 seconds rest between sets pump was crazy

Also off carbs till new years looking a little bloated

I just dropped my T3, I honestly think it was the culprit of my anxiety. I still have it a little, but I don't think it is all the way out of my system yet. So it looks like a little extra cardio for me now :(

U need to get on that gw bro u can do cardio for days and it turns every cardio session into a fat burning like it was fasted

T3 and alpha should start kicking soon I'm feeling pumped all the time also extreme hUnger has kicked in I might lower deca based on reading 300mg week might be better for my bodyweight and because I'm cutting I have my kids so did a couple exercises and damn the pump

Just watching TV I took 10lb db did 250 what a pump
 
Hit my delts wit 25g trest ace a piece b4 gym was going hit delts but chest machines were open

Wide grip Hs machine

2x20. 35lb plate each side
2x12 added 10lb plate
2x8 35 and 25lb each side

Incline Hs
2x20 25lb each side
3x12 added another 25lb each side

Tri pushown 2x20 60.lbs
2x15 90lbs
2x12 110 lbs
drop set to.60 burn out

Pec dec 3x10 105 lbs
drop set 70lbs burn out

Not bad for approx 30 min

Checked in with coach bf up about 1% gonna have to really knuckle down on carbs

Upping t3 to 125mg ed
deca going to 300mg week due to addition of trest


last 2 sets drop.70 burnout
 
I haven't checked my BF in a while, I need to soon. I had planned on it this morning and totally forgot haha. I'll start checking it weekly now.

It sucks!! I hate any type of running, i.e. sprints, jogging, running. The ellipticals are boring, and the stairclimber is hard as hell haha.

What's your macros look like right now? I'm still over 3600cal/day and doubt I could lose any without cardio. Actually just did get to the gym for cardio this morning ugh.

Yeah this is it. Everything should start settling in bf cages always happen 1st week on new compounds but everything is pretty much dialed in

Not that many changes to be coming in compounds or diet over next 12 weeks

Cardio starts this week and volume has been high on workouts so the real changes should really start showing

BTW what category are you competing in? I plan to compete possibly early this next year in bodybuilding more then likely unless I feel i'm cut enough to do physique but I prefer bulk over physique.

I really want to compete eventually too. I have never really even done cutting, never mind dehydrating and cutting sodium and carbs, so it will be a while before I compete. I was more mass. Then I'll start cutting and experimenting with how my body reacts to certain diets and dehydrating. Then I will try to compete.

How does one go about even looking to sign up for competing? Contact the NPC and sign up?

You actually want to be more cut up (less BF) doing BBing than you would doing Physique.

Cutting carbs is pretty easy test and deca is fine deca needs probably about a week or two more to really kick no lethargy running 600mg test e
 
Yeah BB is all about exposing muscle fiber.

Quick question on the trest, does it effect you the same way as the oral trest?? I been wanting to get some, still cant bring myself to imagine pinning but im also trying to help a buddy figure his deal out cause he's pinned before but never with the trest, and which trest is best for that and at what doses would you recommend??

Its hard to say imo it's much better I have both trest d and ace and it is smooth as silk I'm liking 50mg eod ace the deca version is new to me so will let you know in a couple weks

Cable barbell curls 2x20 3x15 50lbss
DB curls 3x15 17.5lbs 2x12 20lbs
2x30 reverse bb wrist curls

Forearm pump so tight could barely make a fist

Man I am so starving lately not sure if t3 or low carbs in on day 5 of low carbs so I think I'm pretty much adjusted I bumped t3 to 150mcg and am on a cortisolated blocker I feel like in really leaning fastest

Its just cortix.max by maxmuscl only been since Sunday but it looks like it's working on lowwr abs and lovehandles. I think I'm down about 4lbs since sunday. I find a cortisol support really helps with lower ab fat
 
may also come in handy for pct no?
