Kat, what dose are you using of ostarine and have you noticed any side effects? My wife's a week into ostarine and not sure if what she's experiencing is related or not. I'm thinking it's a bit soon to be experiencing lethargy like she is only a week into it...

I am dosing 20mg a day. So, 4 pills and I take them all in the morning with breakfast. No major sides really...I get headaches but I notice them primarily when I haven't had enough water. I am also warmer than usual but that's pretty much it.
 
Feeling leaner today! Happy that my stomach is finally getting flatter!!

Why don't you split your dose morning & evening at least? 10mg normal and 10mg say 12 hours later? More stable blood levels. Better round the clock leaning/anabolism than a boom dose in the morning with declining levels throughout the day.

I split it at 15 but kept forgetting until after inward already in bed so I started taking them all at once. Maybe I'll try again.

That's pretty awesome. It would obviously still be more stable split morn and evening, but that does make it much more idiot proof. As opposed to something like oral trestolone lmao....

Lol oral trest is RIDICULOUS with dosing to keep hormones spiking lol
 
You have to split your doses to 4-5 times a day for oral trest right? - Kat great update pic.. looking good in dem jeans too!

Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! I definitely enjoyed mine along with the much needed rest! We finally went and got a Christmas tree. We always go to a local tree farm to cut one down. They close early so this was the first chance we got to go. Unfortunately, they had sold all of the trees the size we needed. We ended up at lowes after trying a couple of other places wanting $60-80 for a 6 foot tree. Got one on clearance at lowes for $10! Haha I'm a sucker for a deal!

Workout was good this morning. I forgot to take my potassium so my back cramped up on the rows this morning. I stretched a few seconds and was able to push through. Squats felt really hard/heavy today. One of these days I'll get stronger with my squats!

Wicked good workout KAT!!!! Heck your doing just fine on squats. I absolutely hate squats unless on a hack squat machine in which our gym doesn't have. Glad you had a great workout and glad to get you a Christmas Tree.

Shoulder behaved today and didn't give me any problems. I was able to really work on the initial movement and full rom. Just to think back, no too long ago even hanging from the bar was impossible for long. Lol

Running oral trest and oral tren...? Geeszum. Looks like your gonna need something for the man boobies.

Not to derail Kat's thread any further, but he'll be fine if he keeps estro on the low side. Prolactin doesn't seem to be able to get bad if estro stays down - it's the ratio of everything you've got to watch really, anyway. Actually probably using t/d trest & oral tren for my next run - it's all about controlling the aromitization.

I know how oral tren affects me and I got that dose up to 210 / day... Trest we shall see...but I am ready if there are problems. :)

Good morning! I spent a good 30-40 mins foam rolling last night. Rolled my back a good portion of that time. I think it was Thomas' log I read it in but I rolled my lats too! Holy crap did that hurt!!! Lol Now I just need to figure out how to get my traps/neck!

Today was conditioning day. Body is nice and sore. I have been slacking on my bcaas since I ran out of my flavored ones. Also forgetting to use the Ghenerate which helps a lot with recovery as well. I did remember to log my food yesterday so I actually got all of my macros in.

**changed up my foot placement today to try to get more rom. Played with the weight quite a bit. I used to always keep my get low on the platform but I remembered today that I stopped because it bruised my lower back/hip area.
