Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! I definitely enjoyed mine along with the much needed rest! We finally went and got a Christmas tree. We always go to a local tree farm to cut one down. They close early so this was the first chance we got to go. Unfortunately, they had sold all of the trees the size we needed. We ended up at lowes after trying a couple of other places wanting $60-80 for a 6 foot tree. Got one on clearance at lowes for $10! Haha I'm a sucker for a deal!
Workout was good this morning. I forgot to take my potassium so my back cramped up on the rows this morning. I stretched a few seconds and was able to push through. Squats felt really hard/heavy today. One of these days I'll get stronger with my squats!
