As the title says.
My body really needs the rest.
I normally work in the 8-12 rep range for upper body and 12-15 for legs but was going to increase the reps to 15-20 for upper body and 25-35 for legs.
I know Beta Alanine is supposed to help in this area and as i'm not keeping up with the latest news on supps any help would be great. Also using LCLT (Carnitine Tartrate) pre w/o as well.
I train fasted in the morning and doing I.F. in case this helps.
