I'm curious to hear from those who have used X-Factor or any arachidonic acid product if they've found anything else to outperform it.

For me, even something as "advanced" as Ostarine only offers the same benefits that I get from X-Factor.

From a strength perspective, I don't think I've ever used a natty product that outperformed it. I got similar strength improvements while stacking King and Follidrone, but I don't know that it surpassed the strength gains I got when I cycled X-Factor.

BTW, I've never experienced the increased DOMs that are frequently reported with ArA use, but holy **** do I get some splitting headaches during the first couple of weeks.

I'd say folli/epi comes close, but I enjoy ArA more. It's like I could feel ArA "working" more so than I can w/ Epi...

If that makes any sense :p And also I believe ArA is more cost-effective (for the most part).. Would love to give PA a run though

Usually starting with a lower dose and working your way up will help negate headaches when supplementing ArA.. Most people drop to 500mg for a few workouts then slowly raise the dose back up

1. I usually bulk on ArA :p either self discipline or find yourself an appetite suppressant

2. I can notice pumps from ArA within a day. Actual results become present 2-3 weeks in for most and usually are more and more pronounced in the following weeks

I get quite the hunger increase with ArA as well. Only way to combat it, either eat or take Norcodrene lol.

Around week 3 is when I notice full effects kicking in (strength, fullness, LBM, vascularity, nasty pumps).

I'm just looking for any advice on the best supplements on the market to help me get strong. I have tried multiple pre workouts, creatine, test boosters, etc. What is the best in your opinion(s)?

I tried epi and for me it was a waste, from my personal experience Bronkaid (Ephedra) gives me insane strength boost, but it's gone when the ephedra wears off.
 
Curious, would 600mg of alpha GPC, 300mg of caffeine and 12.5mg of ephedrine be safe and effective for some nice strength boosts. I tried the alpha GPC and 200mg of caffeine the other day and felt very nice strength in the gym

So 50 days is the preferred length to notice full potential?

50 workout days (pre-workout). 4-6 caps will be good. I personally do 6 (1.5 grams).

I'm adding in Amento tomorrow, I was planning on 2 caps a day and a scoop of Katana... which would have me at 500mg, should I dose 700 instead?
