I'm too lazy to look through post lol but what have you been doing for ab training?

Well I will have to look up Kai Greene's setup lol. Ab training has always been so iffy in my mind.
It's really minimal.

Well that is true, but I'm talking about those 3D abs, not those 2D ones you see skinny kids with. From what I have read you need some weighted work for abs, but not sure if my current routine is enough, or add in some weighted crunches.

Gotcha. Yah for a long time I did weighted abs. So mine are probably bigger because that but it also comes down to the compound work you do.

The reason I do minimal abs is because I get the rest of the ab work through front squats, and those types of exercises.

I hit abs about 2x a week. Nothing serious. But it does seem to help. I also try and make sure I have some good core exercises in my workout too.

Yeah I get what you are saying. That is what I do, squats, front squats, I mean you have seen my workouts. Not sure if they are being stimulated enough as is. So thinking to add in weighted crunches 2x a week like the guy above to make sure I hit my bases.

Exactly.

So I guess I could just type it out lol.

50 Crunches.
50 Side Crunches (each side).
50 Reverse Crunches.
50 Straight Leg raises.

All controlled with a squeeze at the top of the movement.

V-ups, reverse crunches, hanging leg raises, leg and knee raise(captains Chair) from the stand are all good ones to target the lower abs.

Yah man V-ups will definitely **** your abs up (in a good way).
 
I like doing woodchoppers too. Hit's the core pretty good and you can really kick up the weight if you want.
 
Aren't those more hip rmovements? Will look into it, I want to do more weight based movement.
Oh gotcha.

Weighted inclime situps (weight behind the head)

Weighted incline situps (go really heavy with a Dumbell and only do a crunch, don't come all the way up).

Rope crunches with the triceps rope and target your abs by flexing and contracting your stomach.

Weighted Knee Ups (Hang from a pull up bar, put a Dumbell between your feet and pull your knees to your chest)

I'd be interested in what you'd pick for a mass stack. I would probably go msten + trest to keep it simple.

I have ran Sten and loved it, can't wait till this winter to run DMZ + TR3ST!
 
Todays Workout was stellar. I really focused on the movements and ROM today.

I am down to 169! Starting to look shredded!

Ketosis truly does ****ing wonders!

Then my NAVY SEAL buddy came in and wanted me to do a workout with him (after I did shoulder press). So we did, more shoulder press! Lol..

Yah, I felt like I could of went heavier but I took a little while off of legs and I didn't want to push it.

I got a new app on my phone to track workouts so I did some exercises I really haven't done in a while, so I was just doing weights I knew I could do and start to build up as time progresses.

Thanks! It was really weird, even though I am cut way down and currently in ketosis (or really freaking close) I still had really good strength in my workout.
 
This combo is awesome add some transform to help with estrogen from the trest though.

I feel like I'm the only guy that doesn't like trest haha. I'd much prefer something less wet as a test base as there is less bloat and in Florida where it is always swimsuit weather, don't want to look all like the stay puft marshmallow man.

Haha it gets cold here in Kansas. I've got nothing to show anyone during the winter.

It gets chilly here, but nothing too bad like 40F. Haha that is what it seems like from the logs, more suppressive than test too :o the only other trouble I have is the price to run trest lol

Yeah haha.. well that is pretty nice that never happens here the equator and the sun just make things impossible lol I haven't done the math but I'm pretty sure I could do 4-5 SD cycles for the price of dermatrest and form! And that is 20mg for 4 weeks.

Yea with DMZ which I'm doing again starting Monday. Neither do I but tr3st gives amazing erections lol and nice strength increase. Just hate the bloat that comes wit it. Stano to be is to even the bloat out and keep you dry and obviously helps with lethargy.

Oh nicee, logging it? My gf would probably kill me if I got on something that increase my libidio lol even when I ran solo dmz last time she was sore. Exactly, plus I'd stack stano with dermacrine as it has a builtin AI so win win, test base and lethargy prevention.

Nah not logging it. I bridged Sd to dmz. Sunday's is my last day for sd and monday dmz :-) bulking for the winter. I must say though. The SD is giving me some bad lethargy. I get tired easily after 6 hours from waking up. Tr3st is not helping much. But it's bearable.

lol hey that's not a bad thing.
