Well that is true, but I'm talking about those 3D abs, not those 2D ones you see skinny kids with. From what I have read you need some weighted work for abs, but not sure if my current routine is enough, or add in some weighted crunches.It's really minimal. I take the approach that abs are made in the kitchen.

Yeah I get what you are saying. That is what I do, squats, front squats, I mean you have seen my workouts. Not sure if they are being stimulated enough as is. For sure! Weighted crunches will help a lot.I hit abs about 2x a week. Nothing serious. But it does seem to help. I also try and make sure I have some good core exercises in my workout too.

This combo is awesome add some transform to help with estrogen from the trest though.

I'd much prefer something less wet as a test base as there is less bloat and in Florida where it is always swimsuit weather, don't want to look all like the stay puft marshmallow man.

And that is 20mg for 4 weeks.Yah. Dat SD haha. It gets down to 20 here sometimes. I've been saving up for the Tr3st run haha.
