Nice! I have lots of beach here, just no water... Arizona.

Thank goodness for importation eh eddieaz!

Yeah. I miss it fresh off the boat though. Even when it's overnight, it's just not the same. Nothing like a dozen fresh oysters, a nice slab of halibut, and some fresh made clam chowder on a cold winter day. Or, shimp cocktail, salmon, and crab legs... or ... well, you get the idea.

I had some king crab for you last night!

Cruise was awesome! Many pictures to come!

Haha was just up there this weekend, well close to it :)

I hate you man!

It's so damn nice down here! I got like 4 shades darker from the cruise haha.

Heck yah!! It was so much fun!

Glad to hear, Tagger! I bet all that hard work before hand probably made the cruise all the more satisfying.

That's awesome. Makes it all worth it when others notice. But hey, you're a lady killer even without the ripped bod!

I already miss this..

I meant it might seem great, but visiting a place and living there is two separate things hah too many **** talkers here IMO and women either too thirsty or crazy lol

Hey man true that haha. There isn't a whole lot of anything in Kansas though.

That's what we say about here lol. I don't live in one of the big cities, just a small town

Oh I feel ha haha.

How far from Orlando and Cocoa Beach?

I live by Tampa, about 2hours to Orlando. The east coast is where the money is. Boca raton, Miami, etc.. Plan on moving over there eventually to start up a fitness company.

Glad you had a blast Tagger!

Nice my family lives in Lakeland 1 hour to Orlando or Tampa from there. Although the place itself is a bit boring...

americans have a tendency to underestimate bf%. you made some noticable progress, but your bf was not below 10, not even quite close. people don#t understand 6-7% is competition shape.

the attached image is about 7%bf. maybe 8

I think everyone in general tends to misjudge BF haha.

Yeah I agree we all probably underestimate our bf%. It would be better to go by stages of conditioning than by body fat% because hardly anyone uses the hydrostatic method to find out body fat and all other methods are simply guestimations...

Stages of conditioning are easier to use and more subjective than data related like a % which should be an absolute number. With that in mind, let's just go with these stages and levels used to appraise conditioning level instead of BF%.

Lean > Defined > Cut > Ripped > Shredded > Diced > and Peeled.

well those terminologies are like 0.5% apart. i mean i may be lean if i have visible abs but as long as i have no veins on them and visibe water retention on the lower ab region i am certainly not cut. i would connsider myself cut in the pic i posted. because for me that means you have muscle separations and no visible subcutaneous fat. so the definitions become problematic as if there is 4 more stages to go trough i suppose i would be dead. lol
