However the no carbs at breakfast thing is not new science just he is being kind enough to share it for free. You can also look up The Biorhythm Diet byt Borge Fa gerelli had to put a space so it wouldn't **** out his name. Basically though eating high protein and high fats first thing in the morning sets you up to be more metabolically flexible. IE... able to switch between subrates being used for energy throughout the day. As soon as you bust in with carbs first in the morning you are telling your body to produce high doses of insulin the rest of the day which means fat has a harder time being broken down for energy.
I do and blood sugar swings throughout the day are not as bad far less cravings too.
Nice, the 3 on 2 off method is nice too. Take Clen for 3 days then be off for 2 and take benadryl to upregulate the receptors then back on the 3 days you can lose faster and keep from attentuating by the 2 days off with 2 benadryl in the evening
