To be perfectly honest there is not much I don't agree with B-Pak on. He will eventually change the face of training and eating for hypertrophy. However the no carbs at breakfast thing is not new science just he is being kind enough to share it for free. You can also look up The Biorhythm Diet byt Borge Fa gerelli had to put a space so it wouldn't **** out his name. Basically though eating high protein and high fats first thing in the morning sets you up to be more metabolically flexible. IE... able to switch between subrates being used for energy throughout the day. As soon as you bust in with carbs first in the morning you are telling your body to produce high doses of insulin the rest of the day which means fat has a harder time being broken down for energy.

I do and blood sugar swings throughout the day are not as bad far less cravings too.

Clens not that bad, you just gotta take it slow and watch for any of the sides. Of course you gotta watch for sides on ECA too. Especially the HR. Matter of fact, i started my Clen this morning. 6 week run of 2 weeks on, 2 off, and 2 more on.
Nice, the 3 on 2 off method is nice too. Take Clen for 3 days then be off for 2 and take benadryl to upregulate the receptors then back on the 3 days you can lose faster and keep from attentuating by the 2 days off with 2 benadryl in the evening

A lot better actually. It was a two day think.

Went to the gym late last night to play some basketball.. Didn't lift.

Cardio was down (which was expected) hoping to be fully recovered by the weekend.

I'd look into some vitamin c tablets, they are easy to get down compared to a whole thing of orange juice lol

Dang bro! Sorry your sick! It sucks being sick on cycle, makes it real hard to train. I got so sick on my last cycle of EPI/Tren, it was like the worst flu. I don't think I've ever been that sick! I don't know if it was the cycle or I just caught something.

Was thinking the same thing, I'm out of THE1 and getting close on DermaFURY.

Might just switch over to Osta and cruise until u return from vacation to PCT.

L-GLUTAMINE!!!!! Vit C is baby food compared to L Glutamine. You should be taking in an extra 10g a day minimum on any cycle to avoid what they call Test Flu. Hell you should be taking in an extra 10g a day EVERY day. It repairs the lining of your gut, it feeds your immune system and it triggers protein synthesis. DO IT! DO IT!

You guys should look at Muscle Fiber by FINAFLEX. Has the Glutamine you need and keeps you regular. Everyone who logged it wants more.

Sickness is for the birds!! Tagger I think some of the worst times I've been sick were when I was on cycle. Not sure why but it happens. Knock on wood I haven't been yet this round !! Hope you get to feeling better man!

Also, I can finally say I am getting rid of my Xbox. It took some time to finally do it, but I know it will be way better in the long run!
