GOLIATH gets MASSIVE w/DMZ & FRIENDS

FML Woke up with nasty elbow pain.. I felt it a little yesterday, was having some before I started my cycle but only when I did SkullCrushers.. Also rolled out of bed wrong and put a nasty kink in my neck.. Need H20

Lacrosse balls. Foam roller. It'll help. Get it nice and warm and stretched
 
Dang bro, sounds like you woke up on the wrong side of the bed, lol! Hate it when that happens. It always seems like it takes days for that kink in the neck to away.

I got a roller bar deal that works decent. I put some heat on it, then rolled it out..
Gunna lick these wounds and get the most out of the day..

May just end up doing a Leg day ( - ) the squats..
 
What really sucks is the deads would've help stretched the tendons in the elbows. Ice and an elbow strap will help them feel better but the stretch would've really helped.

That's kind of what I was thinking and hoping for..
Last time I tried to do deads with a kink in my neck it didn't go so we'll, even light deads.

Weight @ 240

15 min light cardio

Leg Press
3 warmup sets
10 plates for reps
12 plates x reps x 3
14 plates x reps


14 plates had my neck hurting so I didn't go any higher, just dropped back to 12.

Lunges
50lb DB for maybe 25yards x 3 sets

Leg Extensions
3 Triple Drops Sets
20 rep sets

Hammy Curls
4 sets x reps
20 rep sets

Seated Calve Raises
5 sets for 100 reps total

On a good note, my elbow is feeling better but this kink in my neck is no joke..
Got a good pump though, the weights felt light and went smooth.. Hopefully think kink will pass and I can kill Back & Bi"s tommorow..

No Derma Fury yet, sad face..

Wow, haven't updated in a bit, been busy and stressed..

Had some friends over playing football, crashed through a pillar holding up my porch overhang and knocked it down.. Also went through the front screen door fml

Then me and the wife hit a deer, smashed the car up but it was running..

Took it to the body shop for an estimate and it straight up overheated, died and had us stranded with 1 of my kids.. Fml

Never ending, stressful last few days..
Gotta get to the gym.

1 is 5"11 @ 230, on Test & DMZ
1 is 6"4 at 265 on Deca & Test now
1 is 5"11 @ 220 on Test & Eq
1 is 5"9 at 210 natty lol
Couple of them were football players and wrestlers, were weren't playing nice haha
Lots of aggression here lmao

Diet is gauged for recomp, however I've already gained about 14lbs and bf% is sitting the same. Had lots going on, workouts have been slacking and I need to step up cardio. Hopefully the chaos is behind me lol And I can focus on my sessions now..

I'm going to be ending this log tonight and starting a new one for the Derma Fury so come check it out, it will be up later tonight..
