Rest day today! Slept almost 10 hrs last night! Oh how I love sleep in Saturdays!! Busted butt yesterday cleaning the house and washing my jeep so that I wouldn't have as much to do this weekend. Woke up with my legs sore and throughout the day they continue to get more sore! Love it! Tonight we are having steaks! Bought in bulk because it's cheaper! Nom nom!!

Did you get them in Charleston? There is a guy that drives up once a month from Charleston and sales steak door to door to people who have contacted him. Just wondering if it might be him and if so how are they?

Didn't think I would get to train today but hubby is working...so I got to! Yay!! Got to the gym about 9:30 and got in a nice quick yet brutal back session. My lats hurt so bad it hurts to breathe hahaha... Finished up with 45 mins of cardio for the food I ate this weekend! Lol I know good and well that ribeye did not fit in my macros. Only ate about 4 oz though.

After talking to my personal trainer friend, I decided to start clen a few days ago. Started off with 25mcg and quickly learned that was waaaaay too much for my body. Cut it in half the next day and have built up as sides improve!(still less than 25 mcg though) This stuff is like crack in a bottle! Lol I don't know how long ill use it but just taking it a day at a time. I know I feel like I'm shedding water like crazy though. Lol

Decided to take the kids to a local park along with the dogs...taking the big dog was probably a mistake- she really doesn't play well with others! Lol A kid wanted to pet Jessie but Jessie wasn't going for it and when I grabbed and pulled her back- she scratched me a bit! ...Didn't get a pic of the three of us though jus t me a lil man! Daughter was walking the little one.

Happy hump day! Chest/shoulders are nice and sore today! Today was a back day! The wonderful row-a-thon I remember Thomas and Simon doing! Lol Even got to do good mornings for the first time today! I don't know why I've never tried them! I really liked them other than the fact the bar kept rolling. We used a thin bar in the women's area. I finally rolled it behind my shoulders to keep it still! Even had time for sprints today! (Only 1 girl there today so we were able to move quickly)

I realized that calories where no where near high enough on Monday so maybe that was why I felt so weak! I got them all in yesterday and I will today too. I upped my dose on the clen this morning and my whole body was quivering. I don't know if I can take this stuff with my line of work! I use my hands meticulously -shaking hands doesn't go well with that. Lol

I'm sure it is in women. I'm not saying that for any other reason than women are more sensitive to all hormones.

How did I miss this... Had no idea you started clen. Please be careful.
 
I know some recommended doses for women are from 40-80 but since you are a very first time user and got the quivers on 30 then 20 should do you. Let your body gradually adapt to it. You are taking 5-10gr of taurine a day right?
