they're genetically deficient in myostatin, therefore their body doesn't put a realistic limit on muscle growth. belgian blue cattle have it as well, they're ****ing huge! myostatin is being looked into pretty intensely in the fitness industry right now!

That's where it was.. I saw this as part of a myostatin add somewhere..
 
There's a documentary about a kid in michigan with a genetic disorder that regulates his myostatin. Kids a beast at like 5. They have to feed him every few hours, does pull ups like their nothing. We should all be so lucky

Quick Update

Recovery time between sets obviously seems to be up based on yesterday's session..
Chest isn't sore at all yet, the soreness in my legs has also passed pretty quickly..

Things are looking good so far..

Also just got word I'll be logging the Derma-Fury for Olympus, thanks to all of the guys!!

I might end up just starting up a new log, and just ending this one with a link to the new log..

Still haven't decided how to play it out yet, but if I do, hopefully all of you subbed to this log will come follow in the new one..

Pretty excite to run the new Derma Fury, should be a solid fit for my goals..

Overall Disgusted with this session..
5am may have played a role.
Lack of water and skipping dinner last night cause I was passed out may have played a role along with the allergy meds I took yesterday..
Did eat a big meal before the gym but the Back Pumps have also arrived..

On a positive note, I'm looking Bigger & Fuller for sure.. The wife also said I'm looking wider and definitely getting bigger so I'm happy about that..

Im gunna make up for this mornings session tonight.. Probably bang on my Traps a bit and smash some Heavy BB Curls drop sets..

Makes me feel better!!! Can't wait to bring on the "Fury"

Thanks Boss, everything just felt heavy..
I decided just to go for some reps today..

Energy levels were high though, pumps are fantastic.. Just had an off session.. I also didn't prepare for the back pumps today and I forgot my meals for the day lol

I'm not a morning person...

I find PWO's work good for Pre-sex...lol getting up at 4:30 for work can get rough at times, need that extra boost
