Front squats, rope cable crunches, weighted hanging leg lifts(add twisting to it also) all hit the abs very well.

I second this and ab rollouts too.

Yeah I'm looking at dermafury for my next cycle.

Im really looking at Dermafury as well. I need something Non Methyl that will work as an anabolic strength and size maker. Transdermal and I love each other. Ive been making my own home brew transdermals for a good decade.....Id love something akin to a transdermal masteron with small size gaining potential....Almost out of my 1-test supply.....man its good stuff!

There is transdermal masteron? Mm wonder if there if oral tren could work that way..

Not that Im aware of.....but I feel like there are many similar qualities between dermafury and masteron.....fatloss hardening etc...Really wanna know more about dermafury....

Right. Dermatren looks great, but I know Im going to have to run that with TD formestane as well....more ca$h....Ive got plenty of test....hoping to score a masteron- 1-test TD soon....

Yes!! Took a nap today for that very reason! Gotta sleep off some soreness! Lol I always look forward to hitting the gym on Mondays! Back day!! ...I agree on the db's! I switched my bb bench to those and worked my way up to 50's now my bench has increased a lot!

Haha fruity pebbles! I have a thing for shredded wheat. I've been at least throwing in some vanilla protein powder in the milk so I don't feel so bad eating it ;)
 
Am I the only one that does most dumbbell work one handed? Haha. Like one hand at a time, I feel it makes you work your abs a lot more for stabilization and you can really focus on the muscle you are working. Idk most people at the gym look at me like a weirdo because I do this.

Btw, high reps are the best after you get used to it. And hunger is ungodly after workout.
 
I much rather lower rep work also but gets painful on the joints after awhile. I like to mix them both into my workouts. At least one movement heavy and the rest are some higher reps and shorter rest times.

I like to do single arm work as well for those same reasons.
 
Hey bro I feel ya on the high reps! I usually do anywhere from 6-8 reps per set heavy as possible. Now I am trying to do around 12-15 reps with 15 being my goal! Ugh its exhausting lol. Its not that my muscles can't push the weight they just get too tired too.

I do one handsets too haha.

I'm thinking it will help burn way more calories too haha.

Oh and I use Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro for editing.

At least the S4 and S5 do. Others have settings in the camera to delay the shot by 5-10 seconds. I just place the phone so that it is pointing where I want it then stand in front of it and take the shot. With a 5-10 second delay you have plenty time to get into position and stand in a "relaxed" position.
