Do u take any allergy pills? The wife was having real bad allergies during this pregnancy and so she's been taking Zyrtec every night and it works pretty good of her.
I have some stuff but I ran out when I got back from the Army.

Just haven't bought more, but I usually don't have trouble sleeping.

It's been a bad season.

Same here man. It usually builds up and gets bad for a day and then I'm good for a day or two.

Today has been a better, not perfect but I can be happy that I can breath at 50% to 75% capacity and not 10%.

I really couldn't sleep because I couldn't breath.

They said they would like the dosing at 3 a day. I think is what they said.

It's like 45 days @ 3.

I would love to bridge / stack the DermaFURY with it. :)

If u PCT pick up dermastrength I'm using it in PCT and keeping my most all of my gains and getting even stronger. Just a thought since that NP sale is still up and it works so well.

I run Osta in PCT now. Just 10mg. The **** is amazing for solidifying those gainz!

Yah I run Nolva, Osta, Liver Supps, and then add in a estrogen / cortisol blocker in week 3.
 
This time I had clomid, super PCT, transform, and TD strength plus fish oil and vitamins but had those in cycle too

Nice PCT!

Chest day tomorrow? I'm thinking chest, mine had been suckish recently. Need to work with more dumbbell for the squeeze

Dumbell bench is way better than Barbell.

I downloaded JeFit and got a cutting workout for the next few months.

It's a 5 day a weem workout, two day split.

So upper twice and lower twice.

I like it because it has a day focused on Dumbell and then a day focused on bench.

I'm excited to start it.

I like to start with dumbell bench before barbell as I can feel it more that way and makes me stronger with barbell. Never heard of JeFit before.. Sounds like a good setup though, you said 5 day? So 2 upper, 2 lower, 1 accessory?

Exactly. Yes, I highly recommend anyone that is stuck on a barbell bench weight to switch to dumbbells for the added restriction to build that chest up.

Yah its a great app actually. It literally tracks everything for you, I might buy the upgraded version.

It has ABS everyday too. I am really focusing on building my abs up this cycle.

I want to get some big fat ****ing abs! ... You know, take that shirt off and the ladies be like "Holy ****...." ... :D

True, lot of the time I'm barely using my chest during barbell as my form is a bit off, but with dumbell there is no way I can't feel it. I have been just brining a journal but it is all ripped apart so might try to use that hm.. Abs everyday? Yeah gonna be cutting next month so want to bring out the abs a bit, just not sure what exercises I will do. I do stomach vacuums every day, but I need something to put mass on like a weighted ab exercise.. I hear front squats are good and weighted crunches. Lol can feel that, going on vacation in October to an island so shirt will be off for beach. :)
 
Front squats, rope cable crunches, weighted hanging leg lifts(add twisting to it also) all hit the abs very well.
